I never got to stay at the Hilton. A family emergency came up and had to cancel. I spoke with the hotel up see about a voucher to reschedule and were willing to work with me if Expedia would give me credit but expedite is very unflexible in the cancellation and its refund policy, so there it is.

When we first got there check in was smooth then we went to the pool it was 4:45 pm the bar service closes at 5 we tried to order but the person in charge of orders was in such a hurry to close we just gave him back the menu he really wanted to go and we said forget it . The room the sink water wouldn’t go away right away we ended up brushing our teeth on the toilet.Next morning we woke up we thought it was raining turned out they were pressure washing the walls at 7 am outside our room ,our wet clothes were in the balcony they were destroyed they were pressure wash with a loooot of Clorox front seat offered us some refound we took it but now when we got home the damage was bigger than expected

The property safe and beautiful. The room was lacking. I love a great room for sleeping and reading while on vacation but the AC was not working. Had to request TV repair, Bathroom was moldy and the moldy smell was overly strong. We didn’t spend a lot of time there so we suffered with it. Hotel staff was good, Andre in the RESTAURANT WAS GREAT! Property needs a little tlc in the rooms.

The hotel was beautiful and had all the amenities: on-site restaurant, transport to the beach, walkable to shopping, etc. However, while there, they shut the pool down for the majority of our stay to work on the roof (it was 89 degrees every day). We were disappointed in this. The hotel was a Don Shula restaurant with great food but no complimentary coffee for hotel guests in the morning.
