Ventilation could use some matainance. It did some strange vents maybe had mold around them. Kitchen chairs very heavy to move without disturbing rooms below. Over all nice roomy place with good location .

During our stay, this hotel was very noisy. The lobby and common areas were so crowded. The line for the breakfast buffet was too long to wait in if you had a time restriction. Also, our bed area had little room to move, the bathroom was very small, little storage. The majority of the room was occupied by the kitchen and table and the rest of the room where the bed and couch were was too small.

Excellent location great pool great fishing they also offer charters. Food and drinks were amazing. Apartment has one bedroom with 2 queen beds also a sofa bed and full kitchen. Hot breakfast was a 10/10 !!!

Our Vacation Stay

Our stay at the hotel was a part of our family vacation. Overall, our experience with the hotel and staff was extremely pleasant. We had an issue with a smell from the dish washer upon arrival but it was quickly resolved by friendly staff members without hassle. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing that needs attending to is the pull out sofa/bed. It wasn’t comfortable at all. The mattress was thin and every spring was felt. Nevertheless, we would definitely book this hotel again!!

Great location. Walking distance to TinCity, 5th avenue restaurant and shops and even the beach! Breakfast buffet is good but can get a little too busy . Loud planes fly right above the hotel. We did not mind. None at night.

The free breakfast starts at 7am so don't count on it as a business traveler if you have early meetings. The hotel was clean and well-appointed. I was put in a room around back from the conference rooms so request a room in the main part of the hotel if you can. The room had was wonderfully appointed, clean and easy to access but felt far from other guest and services.

I wasnt a big fan of the location of my room. It was down a weird hallway that didn't even seem to be part of the main hotel. The room itself was great -- spacious, clean and everything worked. I was disappointed in the free breakfast not starting until 7am as I had to leave the hotel at 6:30 to get to my business meetings on time in another city (Immokalee).

I have stayed at this hotel before the reason I decided to book again. However, this time it was totally different. My room was nice but it was not stocked. I had no bath towels, no extra bedding for the sofa bed and the room had dirty laundry from the previous person. When we asked housekeeping for towels, they insisted that there were towels in the room. Then when I asked for a blanket for the sofa bed, they insisted it was in the closet, which it was not. Also the room door was so hard to open! When I told the front desk my experience she was so not caring and also stated that if I needed “extra” bedding to call front desk. Everyone assumed the room was complete and ready. The staff used to be so welcoming and helpful now things are different. Definitely not my first choice for my next visit.

Hyatt House never disappoints, this is the 5th time we stay there, we go every summer, service top notch, everyone is super friendly, great food, pool excellent, great views, we will definitely be back next year.

Everything about our stay was great! The only complaint we have is that parking isn’t included in the cost of the hotel. Also, breakfast can be a little chaotic with so many guests and not enough tables. Other than that the hotel was clean, safe, comfortable, and centrally located. The staff was also great!
