Room was clean. No hot water during our 3 day stay. There are signs saying to hang towels to save water, however there are no hooks. Breakfast was good with the exception of the flat eggs.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I immediately noticed a strong and pervasive odor of cigarettes and marijuana. Despite this, we proceeded with the check-in process. However, upon accessing the hallways and our assigned room, there was a strong and noticeable odor of mold, which raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness and health standards. As a result, I returned to the front desk and informed staff that I would not be checking in or staying at the property. I am formally requesting a full refund and will be contacting hotel management as well as Hotels.com to address this matter. Barbara Ruiz

Rooms were fine. I was under the weather I was getting a suite but that didn’t happen. Maids were very noisy in the am. Kept banging the doors in the room they were cleaning. Overall it was fine.

The hotel can use an overhaul. It's dated and could be made better. My daughter and husband also stayed here for one night and it was hard for them to get a good night's rest on the 3rd floor, kids were running up and down the hallway, banging on doors and making noise. They called a nearby hotel at midnight seeing any rooms were available because of the noise. They called management and was told they will look in to it. They had a terrible experience
