The house was perfect for my family of boys from the Kayaks, to the pool, to the beach chairs and cooler. So nice to have so many things available! Michael was quick to respond and accommodating. We surely hope to stay again! Super clean and the extra disposable items on hand (tp, paper towels, trashbags) was great too!

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood to relax and enjoy our vacation. Host was attentive and strives to make sure everything is as expected, quickly answer any questions and make recommendations such as restaurants and activities to do. House has several amenities to enjoy as well such as bikes, kayaks and fishing poles. Hope to come back someday!

Mike was fabulous! We were his first guests and couldn't have been more pleased. It's a quiet neighborhood with a canal view. Pool was clean and looked inviting but it was too cold to swim. The layout was perfect for our needs, including our dog. Mike was very prompt if issues arose. His beach and restaurant recommendations were spot on!!
