Property owner changed the location to a smaller hotel down the road that was dirty, had shower mold and felt very unsafe. Ended up leaving and not staying the night. Very sketchy.

Not a hotel. Basically 3 remodeled rooms in old noisy building where you hear every time a door is closed. Management not on top of giving check in instructions like other places. Had to reach out when I was there for them to let me in. I was charged the 3 euro tax right away though ‘the boss’ knocked on door later asking for it again.

This accommodation consists on three renovated rooms in an old building. The rooms are in the ground floor so there is no need of an elevator. Notice, however, that in the street, there is no sign on where the rooms are, so it is mandatory to stay in contact with the owner to get instructions for accessing the building and the rooms. He sent those via WhatsApp. In general, the room and the bathroom were quite clean, but the lack of proper ventilation made the room smell like humidity. Regarding the administration there were two things I disliked. First, the owner entered the room once we were installed in it to proceed with the registration and to collect the city tax. We arrived at 15:00 and he went to the room at 19:00-ish (once we were resting). In my opinion, the registration can be handled in the hall and there is no need for the owner to enter the room. Alternatively, he can show up at the arrival time and no much later. Second, in our room there was a closed with the clean sheets and towels for all the rooms. So, whenever the cleaning lady required something for the other rooms, she has to enter ours to take it. Such closet can be put in the hall!
