Great location, though a little tough to find the entrance. We walked by the door a few times not knowing it was there. Staff were so kind, and the room was comfortable. The building is a little older but it felt clean. Breakfast was also a nice touch - in a beautiful room!

The room was spotless and large and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast was great, with delicious sfogliatelle for a Neapolitan touch. The only bad point is the entrance is not what I expected. I did have to wear earplugs because it is on Neaples' busiest street and we were there on a Saturday night, so there was noice outside. But that also means the location is great for sight seeing.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The common areas are very dated and could really use some renovation. The room itself was fine for a short stay, but the overall look of the hotel feels old. This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I would recommend this place to travelers. My only suggestion is that the lighting in the bathroom was very dim so not great for getting ready in the morning.
