The new ceramic flooring, and upgrades throughout the unit give it a clean, bright and airy feel. The kitchen offers all the conveniences of home with a large granite counter top that can seat four. Large dining area for 6 with adjacent built in wet bar and wine fridge. This is a split unit with each bedroom having access to the lanai. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet and private en-suite bath featuring double sinks, bidet and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 full size beds and also en-suite bathroom with shower. Living room provides plenty of seating for watching the large HD TV. The lanai has comfortable seating for quiet reading. Laundry in the unit with full size washer and dryer. The gated Imperial Golf Course community is a delightful, quiet community with a large heated swimming pool, tennis courts and exercise room conveniently located a short walk from the door. Close to all amenities, including Mercato shopping, and the beach is about a 7 minute drive.

This place is awesome. It is very spacious, very clean, a great location and I can’t say enough good things about the host!! If I had any questions, he answered immediately!! It has been newly renovated and absolutely everything was great!! I highly recommend it!!!!

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Imperial. Lou, the host, was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo was newly remodeled and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Great location in north Naples. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spacious condo with beautiful view of 7th hole of Imperial Golf Course. Unit is fully equipped for an extended stay and is in a great location. Nice feature is attached bath in both bedrooms allowing for privacy for all occupants.

I loved the layout of the condo. The furniture was comfortable. I was impressed how well stocked the kitchen was with utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes. The owners were very responsive to any question I had throughout the renting process.

A good match to what was presented and we were told by the owner. Well-prepared, clean, and fully functional. Accessible, cooperative home watch manager. Nice 4th floor southern view over a golf hole from LR and spacious lanai. In and out dining option. Two SmartTV’s w/ broad cable selection and subscription options, plus DVD player. Good size, comfortable Master bedroom and large en suite bath. Elevator efficient and always worked. Polite, competent security service at gate and on grounds at private golf club (we did not join). Host was remote but easily in touch and helpful. Five Stars - everything we wanted and expected. Highly recommended.

Carpet needs replacing. They did sidewalk repairs that caused my wife with a walker to walk through grass that was somewhat difficult for her. Didn’t plan on that.
