Lovely staff and cleaning staff. Good location to town centre but also a quiet street which made sleeping nice and easy. Easy acces with a lift ans keys to enter in and out safely. We wanted to extend our stay but they were fully booked.

Very friendly, excellent location. Let us leave luggage during the day after we checked out with no additional charge and gave us a drink when we returned to collect. Excellent customer service!

Nightmare experience.

My husband and I are on our honeymoon, on a multi-city trip visiting Italy for the first time. I booked this hotel based on location and how charming the photos were. Check-in went smoothly though they have super weird hours, closing between 1:30 and 4pm. The women working the reception were friendly enough. There was zero acknowledgment of it being a special occasion. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos, and in fact was in a completely different building from the reception. It had a sofa bed and kitchen in it which we did not need but they let us know if we used them we would be charged for it. The bed was so uncomfortable that we were not able to sleep through the night. The bathroom had no hand soap or shower gel, though the listing mentions toiletries. A strong sulphur smell was present in the bathroom. They provided a tidy service daily but not for towels. On the 3rd day after cleaning they had removed all of our toilet paper. When we went to ask for more we were told it’s there and to look for it. It wasn’t. Listing says iron available but again, they could not bring us one to the room. Multiple times they were not available during stated reception hours. It felt like they were messing with us. I’m so happy to be gone from there. As an Italian who lives in Canada I’m supremely disappointed with how we were treated and this will be a black stain on the memories of our first time in Italy. Steer clear from this Bed & Breakfast.

The room was very nice, clean, modern and spacious. With a very high roof. Location was good too. In an old, yet charming building It would have been very cozy, if it wasn't for the fact that you could hear everything through the doors. Not only through mine. I was able to overhear a phone call conversation from a different room on my way to mine. Because my room was behind the reception, I heard everything that happened there. I also had a very embarrassing incident, where I thought a cord in the shower was for hanging clothes, like I've seen in many hotels and cruises. Turns out, in Italy it is a common practice to have this "alarm", in case something happens to you in the shower. You could imagine my embarrassment when I got a knock on the door to urgently stop pulling on it while the alarm rang in the back. Which also reminds me that the staff only speaks Italian. I managed to communicate with my crude knowledge of it, but it's good to keep Google translate in hand.

Vi blev så fint välkomnade med gott kaffe och vänlighet! Rummet var fräscht och sängen skön. Badrummet helt nyrenoverat med vackert kakel! Ett trevligt café runt hörnet erbjöd kaffe och nybakta briocher på morgonen.

Camera esteticamente bella ma il resto un disastro

Ottima posizione, la camera carina ma... ma il soggiorno è stato molto deludente... il lampadario aveva 3 lampadine fulminate su 5 , in camera c'era una sola presa di corrente sopra la testata del letto, la vaschetta dello sciacquone del gabinetto perdeva e oltre a bagnare il pavimento si sentiva continuamente il rumore della pressione dell'acqua, la colonna della doccia era precaria e si muoveva, il doccione spruzzava acqua ovunque, bidet senza acqua calda, la specchiera aveva una lampadina fulminata su 2, quando i vicini di stanza nel loro bagno facevano scendere l'acqua dallo sciacquone si sentiva un rumore fortissimo che ci svegliava, materasso vecchio a molle che cigolava solo a guardarlo e sul lenzuolo era presente una macchia di sangue, E' un peccato perchè la camera potenzialmente sarebbe molto bella e la struttura è posizionata in una zona molto strategica. L'unica nota positiva è la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale, ci hanno addirittura prestato gli ombrelli per un acquazzone improvviso. Riassumendo in poche parole, un disatro!

Muy bien ubicado, sin lujos, decadente.

La ubicación para visitar Nápoles es muy buena. En un momento te encuentras en las zonas más interesantes para visitar. Muchas gracias Aurora por atendernos en nuestro idioma y por tu amabilidad. El "palacio" como ellos dicen, es bastante "viejuno". La habitación 3, que fue la nuestra, es amplia, tiene aire acondicionado que funciona bien, hemos estado 6 días, nos dijeron que cambiaría las toallas a los tres días, pero no lo han hecho y las vistas que prometen desde la ventana, son escasas. Está en un tercer piso de techos altos que si a alguien se le olvida cerrar las puertas del ascensor, tienes que subir andando...( nos pasó tres veces). Tienes un buen café de cortesía, que se agradece. En resumen, como ocurre muchas veces, la descripción es más optimista que la realidad, pero está correcto y bien ubicado para visitar la ciudad, incluso cerca del puerto para visitar Capri.

La struttura è ben posizionata, pulita e confortevole. Assurdo dover pagare dieci euro per fare il check-in alle 16:00. Capisco chiedere un extra dopo le 20:00 ma di pomeriggio è davvero assurdo. Non potere pagare la tassa di soggiorno con una certa di pagamento non è accettabile.

L’accoglienza è stata molto gradevole, il signor Antonio è stato particolarmente gentile e amabile, ci ha assegnato una camera di livello superiore rispetto a quella da noi prenotata, senza nessun supplemento. La struttura è ben ubicata, nel cuore di Napoli, a due passi da Via Toledo e Piazza del Plebiscito. La zona però non è assolutamente rumorosa ne caotica. La stanza ci è piaciuta molto, è davvero graziosa, ben arredata, spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort, pulitissima, con un bel bagno in cui abbiamo trovato sapone per le mani, sapone intimo e gel doccia. Nella hall c’è sempre dell’acqua in bottiglia offerta ai clienti, oltre che un bollitore per infusioni/tè e una macchina da caffè. Esperienza piacevolissima, non esiteremmo un istante a prenotare nuovamente in questa struttura in occasione di un nuovo viaggio a Napoli. Grazie Antonio!

Dall'Olimpo al cuore di Napoli

B&b nel centro di Napoli facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Camere ampie e pulite dotate di ogni comfort. Gestore disponibile e molto vicino alle esigenze della clientela Camera con balcone panoramico su piazza storica della città. Consigliato.

B&B perfetto per visitare il centro

Albergo molto carino situato in una posizione centralissima per chi arriva con i mezzi pubblici. Dall'aeroporto l'alibus porta a poche centinaia di metri dall'hotel. Ottima pulizia, personale molto disponibile, prezzo modico, pero' la colazione potrebbe essere migliore, specie considerando di essere a Napoli... Nel complesso e' un ottimo B&B, molto probabilmente ci tornero' se mi trovero' nuovamente a Napoli.
