We stayed here as a family of 4 incl 2 teenage kids. The positives are that the property is near the Napoli train station (10 min walk) and the property has elevator so easy to take luggage up/down. Checkin was easy and there are many restaurants and shopping around. Room was decent/clean with a large bathroom. Wifi was fast. We had a deluxe room for sleeping 4 - one bed and one sofa bed. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not have the needed items for sleeping 2 - no bedsheet, missing pillow and pillow covers. When I reported it to the maintenance person (Nicola), she seemed to think these were not necessarily needed. Had to have quite a few back and forth on whatsapp before she agreed to provide and it was only the next day. This was not a great experience and that reflects in my rating. Also the room has decent space but a little small if you are 4 and have luggage.

The train station was walking distance from the room. It was in the center of all the shopping and food shops. Great location! The room was definitely sound proof and you could only hear outside when the patio doors were open, considering it was on a really busy street.

Good stay for a few nights

Room had two French doors opening onto the street which was great for air flow and ambiance. Very spacious and convenient to the train station. The neighborhood was a little to be desired but there was a great pastry place on the corner.

Rough area. Very dirty. Lots of pan handlers. Staff/owners were great. Sent us a text before we arrived. Met us to check us in. The water pressure was miserable. Bathroom was well remodeled but room was sparse. Mini fridge did not work.

Estuvimos solo una noche, el Edificio es viejo, ascensor pequeño , pero funcional. Habitación pequeña pero renovada y con mobiliario moderno. Ubicado muy cerca de la estación central. Zona del casco viejo de la ciudad. Anfitriona con muy buena disposición, nos ayudaron a agendar taxi a aeropuerto a precio fijo de 21 euros.

Excellent séjour

Très agréable séjour dans ce B&B très bien situé pour visiter Naples et sa région (5mn du centre historique, 3 minutes du métro et de la gare centrale). Alex, le gérant, est très accueillant et disponible. Il vous donnera plein de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre à l’heure que vous souhaitez est très copieux et gourmand.
