I was greeted by two staff members who were courteous, but without warmth. The room did not have the balcony pictured: it turns out that the balcony is off the breakfast room! That was a big disappointment to me. The room, however, was clean and quiet. The bathroom was small but fine, except for the sink: it was the size of a spittoon! With the shelf over it, it was difficult to brush my teeth without making a mess on the floor. The “view” from the room was over a courtyard in the inside of the building complex (palazzo), not very enticing. When I returned from dinner, my key for the door downstairs did not work, no matter how much or how hard I tried. I was very glad when a different renter from the building opened the door, and I could proceed from there. The staff called me a taxi in advance, since I had to leave very early for the airport. There was no offer of a breakfast alternative, since I had to leave before the official breakfast hour.

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY. WE BOOKED THE SAME PLACE WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM OUR TRIP TO SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO. PEPE EVEN ALLOWED US TO LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE AND WHEN WE CAME BACK FROM OUR TRIP OUR STUFF WAS ALREADY IN OUR ROOM. HE EVEN CALLED TAXI FOR US AND NEGOTIATED ON THE PRICE. FREE WATER IS A BIG PLUS SINCE THE WEATHER WAS VERY HOT. CLOSE TO MAIN TRAIN STATION AND METRO. BIG THANK YOU TO PEPE AND HIS STAFF...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

Very nice room. Great daily cleaning service. Staff excellent, staff aim to please. Bfst room beautiful; would have liked something more than cookies to eat. The streets were extremely dirty with garbage, dog feces as well as uneven walkway/roads made walking less enjoyable. Pepe hotel was welcome and pleasant escape from the outside. Recommend this place if one should go to Naples.

Pepe is an excellent host, he is very accommodating and his place is beautifully decorated with his art collections. The bnb is located minutes from the train station and has great food options nearby, and a great hub for us to reach Pompeii. We loved eating at Coco's Pizza, which was a 1 minute walk When passing through Naples/Pompeii, Pepe Bed and Breakfast is excellent choice , with very comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and a beautiful breakfast area. This is where I will stay next time I'm in Naples.
