Beautiful 9th floor condo, tastefully decorated, tons of storage and a very well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of high quality towels including several beach towels and chairs that were provided. Both of our kids and our grandkids came to stay and loved the large pool, close proximity to the beach and stunning views of the canals and the Gulf from the lanai. Building and grounds around it are well maintained. Phil was very responsive and addressed any concerns we had. Had a wonderful two month stay!

Great views, close to beach!

The condo was clean and tastefully decorated, with AMAZING views of the Gulf and the bay. Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive and friendly. All in all, a great experience.

A GREAT SPOT ON VANDERBILT BEACH

Great apartment with fantastic sunset views on the Gulf. Close to the beach and quiet. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
