The pool was very enjoyable- we used it every day. The poolside furniture was fine but could get upgraded. The kitchen was great except for the ice maker out but there was a counter top one that worked fine. Overall Thomas was very responsive and handled all our questions. Also enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The house is very clean and well-appointed. We had some issues with the pool heater, but Thomas was super-responsive and was able to get a technician to repair the unit ASAP. We enjoyed the pool and spa, which were clean and well-heated. The outdoor kitchen was also a hit while watching football on the outdoor TV.Six bikes and beach chairs were perfect for our family of six, thank you! We look forward to visiting again.

Excellent property for a wonderful family vacation

We (family, 2 adults, one 12yr-old) spent two weeks in this wonderful vacation home in Naples Park during Easter time. It is just as described on VRBOE and had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious, well-maintained and -equipped, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the beach as well as local restaurants and shopping. Very nice property in a nice neighborhood near the beach. You could bike or even walk to the beach but we drove most everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Enjoyed it. Property manager was responsive though we didn't have any significant issues. Thanks for sharing your home!

AMAZING!!

The house was perfect for our family of four! It is quite modern and spacious, it had everything we needed. The absolute best part though is the outdoor space!! The pool and hot tub were amazing to have! The location is fabulous too-so fun to have bikes included with the rental! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome vacation.

The house and location was amazing. 1 mile from the beach and the owner provided bikes which was super helpful. The pool and hot tub were also great as my kids would swim after spending time on the beach. Overall wonderful vacation.
