"Get away from it all!" at this very special property that features serene waterfalls, water gardens, large heated pool. This home is a two story, spacious and well appointed. If you enjoy nature, water gardens, generous heated swimming pool, and a spacious home, then look no further. If you desire privacy away from crowds and want to explore the beauty of your very own water gardens, you may view birds, butterflies, fish, and flowers in abundance right in your own back yard! If, this sounds like a piece of tranquility that your looking for then look no further!

Many upgrades on this split level home. There are exotic rosewood floors throughout the upstairs and travertine tiles. A camera system has been installed, as well as, decorative metal security gate and fence around one acre of the property. A second kitchen has been added to the ground level floor. An outdoor water garden, water features, a 18' x 34' grecian style pool with fountain, a a spa, and a generous paver deck around the pool for entertaining. Many palms, fruit trees, bougainvillea, and flowering bushes adorn the property. This home has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas.

This home is ideal for large groups and/or families. Or, if you just want to "get away from it all", this property will give you the privacy you desire, but, still keep you in close proximity of the beach, shopping, restaurants, golfing, and movies. This home is located in a very quiet and ungated community.

I am a regular practitioner of yoga. I have had this house for 12 years and my goal has to make it into a tranquil oasis. It has been important to me to create a blissful and quiet space. I feel this resonates not just within the walls of my home but, beyond to the the spaces of my gardens as well! It has an incredible healing and rejuvenating energy about it.

Pictures online are very outdated. Yard is very overgrown, water was green, screens were missing in sliding doors, property needs some TLC to bring it up to advertised photos. When we got there, pool was green, AC worked off and on all weekend. Owners were responsive to our calls.it could be a great place, just needs some work

Place needs to he better maintained

Location good. Property is large but needs to be better maintained. Pool was in need of cleaning and water felt slimmy. We did not feel comfortable swimming in it. No shampoo, soap in showers, kleenex and extra toilet paper supplied. While this place is reasonably priced, it needs to be better mainrained.

2025 family vacation!

We stayed with our adult children and their partners and 2 grandchildren. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. The family enjoyed the pool the entire week. The house and property were very spacious for all of us.

Misrepresentation of property

The inside of the house was outdated but clean, however, if you use the toilet, you needed to have the plunger ready. I had the master bedroom when I sat on the edge of the bed to take off my shoes. I slid right off thatā€™s how bad the mattress was broken down. No hot water to take a shower. It was muggy and hot when we walked into the house and then we saw a sign, donā€™t turn the air down the compressor will freeze up and then you will have no air conditioning?? The clothes dryer had barely warm not hot air. It took two hours to dry four shirts. Our main issue was with the outside does not look like the picture listed every flower pot outside had nothing but dead plants in them, The chairs cushions were covered with black mold some chairs were chairs were torn there were chair cushions laying in the dirt. Don't look for that Serene waterfall because it is clogged with muck and the water going around It is stagnant, green, mucky looking moss even the canopy over the chairs was loaded with black mold. The pictures online must be from 20 years ago. We left after two nights. The host gave us back a portion of our money, but weā€™re still missing 2000.Vrbo will not be responsible so when they say book with confidence BEWARE. I have 20 pictures and videos, but I donā€™t think Iā€™ll be able to post them here. Anyone interested? Let me know Iā€™ll pass them on.

Just what we needed!

A great location, beautiful pool, and enough rooms and size to accommodate our large family group of all ages. The pool was a big hit. It was heated and was cleaned during our stay.The house was very clean but could use some minor repairs/updates, nothing major and nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall, a great experience!

Serene Waterfalls

We were a football crew of six adults, we liked the close proximity to Paradise Coast Sports complex. We had issues with lightbulbs being out, first floor shower being clogged and a half attached toilet seat (both were fixed but still had a slow drain), and cooking pans and utensils were a smorgasbord of misfits. We were barely there and it served our purpose but we will be looking to stay elsewhere next year.

The property had the allure of faded, in some cases, particularly the gardens and ponds, rotting grandeur. Sorry to say. Positives:Very spacious, lots of rooms, quiet location, good communication from owner, fairly ā€˜as it looked in the adā€™Negatives: Not clean enough, place felt quite grimy, dishes not clean, kitchenware very used (eg Teflon pans scratched, knives with chunks out of the blade, glazed/frosted plasticware glasses - not enough glass ones, dish towels a bit disgusting - washed but one use reactivated grease odour that rained whatever it touched).- Tiles in bathrooms felt very grimy and dirty. Maybe because they were raw rough stone, but didnt feel or look clean at all.Couch cushion upstairs ripped with stuffing coming out. Beds extremely creaky!Stained sheets on two beds downstairs - one quite disgusting- not a great thing to discover when getting into bed in your first night!!- box of mouldy rotting cheese croaissants visible from jacuzzi - which was not filled properly - that slid behind counter overlooked months - weird floodlight on roof of house that flickered as if broken that you could not shut off at night- walls scuffed and grubby- dirty air vents easily noticeable when coming down stairs- climate control set too cold - difficult to change upstairs even with Nest control, slightly unreliable WiFiI could go on. Overall it was way too expensive for what it was.Know what you are getting before you book.

This house is in a great location and close to a lot. The home has good privacy in a nice neighborhood. The home itself is very outdated and in need of a little cosmetic love. The pool was not heated and had a lot of debris at the bottom. Otherwise, place worked for our group, it was a comfortable stay.

Mixed Experience

I recently stayed at this rental house and had a mixed experience. While the owners were incredibly nice and responsive, there were some issues with the property itself. The pictures provided are about 15-20 years old and did not accurately reflect the current condition of the home, which needs a lot of tender loving care (TLC). Additionally, the property is a 20-minute drive from the beaches, which may be inconvenient for some renters. Overall, the experience was okay, but I would suggest that the owners update the pictures to better represent the property's current state.

Family retreat

The property was great and Melissa is a fantastic communicator. It was obvious that some of the other reviews have been addressed as we could see recent maintenance on the deck. The property outside could benefit from some maintenance but itā€™s landscaping. The pool was great and the hot tub was a nice place to warm up and hang out.

Presidents weekend Soccer trip

For what we were down here for, the house met our needs. We had 11 people for a youth soccer showcase and it worked out great. Location is central to Bonita Springs and Naples. Plenty of parking for mulitple cars. 1 mile from Publix and other stores. Communication with owner was great and she was very quick to reply. Provided great recommendations as well. The pictures for this are very outdated, especially outside. Needs a good clean up and shrubbery trimmed. We did not use pool or hottub. Inside was ok, faucet handles and some other items need tightened up or repaired. Beds were solid/pillows were good. Downstairs bathroom had an old razor and used shampoo/conditioners. We'd stay here again if were ever in need in this area.

Family Vacation

My inlaws and I stayed at this house for an extended family vacation. The location had great access to restaurants and the beach. The pool was beautiful and very family friendly. We had an issue with the TV the host responded within 4 minutes and she had a new TV in the house the next day. We highly recommend!

Rough around the edges, but still enjoyable

Pluses: The pool was beautiful, there was plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed and the A/C worked well. The host was very responsive. Minuses: There was trash around the front stairs (including medical gloves, empty bottles and cans). There was debris at the bottom of the pool, although not enough to worry about. The rest of the backyard was NOT as advertised. Lots of areas were broken down, there was no water in the water features and standing water that had turned green. The listing said there was a firepit and additional garden seating area, but those are clearly long gone. The TVs throughout the residence did not work, except for a small one in the upstairs living room. My biggest issue with the property is the weak second-floor deck. It was lashed to a tree and had a broken beam and shaky railings that seemed very unsafe. We didn't have small children with us, but if we did, I would be extremely concerned for their safety. Overall Impression: For our family of five (with 2 teens and a tween), we found the property to be comfortable enough and generally worth the price. But we all agreed we would seek out other accommodations the next time we come to the area. It is clear this property has been neglected since the photos and listing were first posted, and it definitely does not live up to other VRBO properties we have experienced to date.
