We have rented several VRBOs and this one had a fabulous layout with the heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor living space, and modern feel. It was close to all the activities we planned to partake in. This newly renovated house was perfect home for our family spring break getaway! The house itself was clean, cozy and decorated beautifully. The outdoor amenities were wonderful and the landscaping was lush and very well taken care of. Quiet cul-de-sac street. 10 minutes to the beach. Super close to restaurants and grocery stores. *SECURITY CAMERA DETAILS*
For your safety and security, the property is equipped with surveillance cameras. One camera is installed at the front of the property, facing the driveway and house, and records both video and audio. Another camera is positioned at the front door, also recording video and audio.


Located just a short drive from grocery stores, upscale shopping, local attractions, restaurants and pristine beaches. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

We’re pet-friendly, but to help keep the home fresh, we allow up to 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs each, house-trained only, no puppies under 1 year) with prior approval and a $150 pet fee.

Please note that this property prohibits smoking/vaping.

To enhance security, this property is equipped with 2 exterior surveillance cameras with views of the front entry and driveway which record video and audio without invading your privacy indoors.

Prior to your stay, we may require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Pool Heating Info:
If you’d like to use the pool during your stay, please let us know in advance. Pool heat is available for $30 per night, and the fee applies to every night of your reservation (we recommend November through April). To ensure it is heated upon your arrival, please notify us at least 3 days before your check-in date.
