As soon as you drive up you will know you have found a gem! Your Floridian home has mature, professional landscaping designed just for this home. The palms are HUGE from the Christmas Palm showcased in front of the home to the over 130 Areca Palms that run down the property lines on both sides of the house to seclude you from the neighbors. The flowering shrubs and palms don't stop there. You will see their beauty in the backyard too where you can enjoy the Chinese Fan Palm and the Cabbage Palms while you float in the 14' x 28' tiled 85-degree minimum pool. The screened pool keeps most pesky bugs away, but for the tiny ones that can get through a screen, a Dyna Trap awaits to lure them in and dehydrate them (so no “zapping” sound). You will feel like you are on your own little piece of paradise due to the property butting up to a stretch of the exclusive Hideaway Beach that is entirely trees, palm, bushes, and plants!

Your amazing backyard area features a paver patio from the moment you step out of either set of sliding doors all the way up to the 104-degree spa that overflows into the pool! There is plenty of room to lie in the sun in the 21' x 45' paver open area which includes the pool or just enjoy a quiet night on the 30' x 10' covered lanai. The back patio area also has a hot/cold outdoor shower, a door leading from the pool into the bathroom (no more wet slippery floors), pool noodles and floats (kept in a pool toy storage chest), cushioned outdoor furniture set, and 2 ceiling fans over the covered lanai.

All that goodness and you haven't even entered the home!! You will enter the home using the garage door. No more pesky keys to drive around and pick up. Your front door keys and garage door opener will be waiting for you in the big shell on the island bar! As you enter through the garage, you will notice the high-capacity Samsung washer & dryer that is available for your use!

In fact, all the furniture, lamps, TVs, décor, kitchenware, linens, pool toys are all less than 3 years old!!! AND all the major kitchen appliances are only 4 years old!!

All 4 Bedrooms, Great Room, and Kitchen have whisper quiet ceiling fans to help keep the house extra cool.

Like tile? Your house has tile, tile, tile, and more tile throughout this 2,100 square foot ranch-style home. Not a single room was spared from this 18" tile!

Stepping out of the full-size washer & dryer laundry room, you have Bedrooms #2 & #3 and the full tiled bath that leads out to the pool. Both of the bedrooms are very good size, #2 is 13.2' x 18' and smartly decorated popping perfectly positioned flamingos. You'll want to unpack and stow that suitcase in the 5.5' x 6.4' walk-in closet and not think about home! This room features a queen bed with a 50" SMART TV installed on the wall which also supplies Comcast Xfinity Cable. Bedroom #3 is 13.2' x 14.1' with a double door 9.6' closet. This room is decorated in bold navy accented nautical theme. It is furnished with two XL twin beds and a 32" SMART TV with the ability to stream only. You will also find box fans, hangars, and laundry baskets in both of the closets. The bathroom at this end of the house stores new towels, a hair straightener, and a blow dryer. Extra towels as well as brand new over-sized (35" x 70") lush organic cotton beach towels can be found on the shelves in the laundry room.

One thing you will most likely notice is the 9'4" ceilings throughout the home and vaulted ceilings over the open floor plan containing the Great Room, Sitting Room, Kitchen, and Dining areas.

Walking into the main portion of the house you will be greeted by a huge expanse of open living area made to feel even larger with vaulted ceilings.

The 12.6' x 15' Dining area has a new round wood table that seats 6. The comfy leather chairs will make this a great place to sit and chat or play card games.

The HUGE full-size kitchen has extra tall cabinets with an abundance of storage space, a 5' x 5' walk-in pantry, stainless steel Samsung appliances, and a 3-sided tiled island that has cabinets, sink, dishwasher, and a bar-height outer edge where 4 leather, swivel stools await. One thing you never want to run out of in Florida--ICE! And you will have plenty right from the door of the French door refrigerator along with filtered water.
We change the water filter three times a year if it needs to be changed or not.

After years of renting condos all over Florida which seemed to be lacking in the kitchen department, we have outfitted your kitchen with everything you need to be a microwave magician or a culinary extraordinaire. Samsung appliances, full-size pans, and spices will have you feeling pampered even while staying in for the evening.

Other kitchen amenities: stand mixer to help in meal prep & baking; blender with pour spout to make your beverages vacation-approved from fresh Florida juice in the morning to afternoon smoothies to frozen margaritas at sunset; a full size electric griddle ready for you to flip pancakes; a rice cooker which doubles as a steamer; 6 quart crock pot lets you spend the day in the sun and return to dinner ready; toaster; stoneware; leftover containers; a Keurig Duo which is perfect for a cup at a time, preparing hot water for tea, or making a full pot the old school way; a pizza pizzazz which is great for cooking pizzas but also amazing for warming up all leftovers; and all the drinkware is acrylic from juice glasses to wine glasses, to water glasses, to margarita glasses, to stemless wine glasses, to beer glasses. Acrylic drinkware makes sure there will be no broken glass accidents in the pool area.

You will not be able to tell where the Kitchen ends and the Great Room begins! The new leather sectional comfortably seats 7 with each end turning into a recliner at the flip of an electric switch. The couch also houses a section that has cupholders and if you have your USB phone cord, you can charge 2 phones while taking in the sports game on the brand new 60" wall mounted SMART TV. The remote is the new Xfinity voice activated remote. No need to guess at the channel you need! The back wall of the great room is a huge window that looks out onto the lanai.

Off the entry area is Bedroom #4 which boasts a twin Daybed with a pop-up trundle decorated in a anchor motif. You choose how to use the room: 1 twin, 2 twins, or a king. There is also a dresser to keep your clothes close at hand.

The other side of the entry way is the Sitting Room with 2 swivel rocking chairs and a chaise lounge. A little quiet spot to read that vacation thriller.

You will finally enter the 14' x 19' 10" Master Suite. It is the only part of the house that is not completely tiled as you will find hardwood floors in the sleeping area. The king bed enjoys a 50" cable SMART TV on the wall ahead, views of the lanai and pool through the sliding door to your left, and the master bathroom to your right. The master bath has dual sinks, walk-in tile shower, whirlpool tub, and private toilet area. Part of the bath is a huge 6'10" x 8' walk-in closet with full mirrored doors to make sure your outfit is just right for dinner! Also, in the master closet you will find a digital scale for those who want to make sure they aren't taking too much of Marco home with them....or it's great to weigh those suitcases before heading to the airport!

This 4-bedroom home sleeps 6 adults maximum (you may also have 2 children but no more than 6 adults).

The double attached garage is yours to use. In the garage you will find everything for the short walk/ride to the famous Tigertail Beach. Personally, I would go by car. You will have a huge beach umbrella complete with anchor, beach chairs, regular size chairs, beach mat, and beach toys. Don't forget...Marco Island is the shelling capital of the United States! There is even a cooler on wheels to keep your refreshments cool in the warm Florida sun. Do not forget the collapsible Ozark Trail Beach Wagon with thick wheels to handle the beach, and it is so easy to lift into the back of your vehicle. We also have a selection of fishing poles and a tackle box.

After a day full of swimming, the beach, sightseeing, sunset, the three wall mounted SMART TVs have Xfinity cable with the fourth having just streaming ability, and a dvd player in the Great Room. Wifi has great reception in the house AND outside! Bedroom #4 has a tv not connected to cable but able to be hooked to DVD player so the little ones can enjoy their favorites, and adults do not have to watch Frozen II for the zillionith time.

Bringing your little? We have a pack n’ play with 2 sheets, and a Fisher Price easy clean highchair.
