This was described as a boutique hotel. It is dated and hasn't been updated since the '90s, with a 90s contemporary style of artwork, flooring and decor. The rooms are tiled so bring slippers or you're walking on cold tile. There's no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, no mini bar, the gift shop is minuscule, the size of a closet.. My room overlooked the parking garage. Check in is 4 pm. I was told I'd get a text when my room is ready, waited and by 4:00 I went to the front desk and asked why I didn't get a text even though it was obvious my room had been ready for a while. The staff is friendly and the place is clean but the only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The room was clean and bright when we walked in. Lights were turned on and the bathroom was very spacious. The front desk staff was very courteous. I would definitely come back to stay while visiting Naples.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and hotel staff very friendly but unfortunately the cost isn’t worth it. The rooms are outdated and we had no hot water even asking for it to be fixed multiple times. Also the building next to the hotel is under construction so at 7am there was jack hammering and banging. We had an early flight and asked valet to leave our car up front and tipped 20 dollars to do so and he didn’t do that.

Room was spotless Staff friendly Location fabulous A couple of negative things Balcony only one chair not big enough for 2 people Top pool deck.. the bin wasn’t emptied for 3 days The pool towel bin wasn’t emptied our whole stay and restated. Some of the food on offer like desserts were frozen. Apart from those few issues to be addressed for forthcoming clients not to have an issue.
