Very well designed property, very attentive staff. The location was perfect - walking distance to Toledo street, Toledo metro, as well as the port to catch the ferry and Municipal square. Might get a bit noisy at night but the earplugs came in handy. Had a small electrical issue with the room which was resolved quickly but I was able to check in early when I arrived so everything balanced out in the end. Diego was amazing and an excellent communicator. I would stay here again!

Great location next to metro and walking street. Many Restaurants nearby and close to convenience store (Conrad). Walking distance to ferry to Capri island and coastal areas. Room was clean but there was some smell from the cleaning material. Had to open the windows for a while to clear it. The building itself is old and you have to climb up two stairs to get to the room. The check in codes worked fine. The door to the building was a cut out of the big door. There was water coming down from above raining down near the main door all the time when we were there. The room was well decorated. Water power was good but the drainage was a little slow. The owner or manager was very responsive and the cleaning lady was very nice. It was a satisfying stay.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean! It was a great location as far as convenience just noisier at night than we’re used to as there is a bar close by. Great place for a couple of nights!

This place turned out to be a huge success! We booked a stay for 3 nights at Three Rooms Toledo and our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The owners worked with us prior to checking in and also sent a video on the location and how to enter. The room was very modern, large (Europe standard), bright and very quiet. It was located right in the heart of the action where we were steps away from shopping, eating, sight seeing and the Toledo metro stop. Everything was in pristine condition and the shower's water pressure felt like a tidal wave. Another perk were the lovely snacks and beverages provided by the host. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked like a charm from those long hot days and nights. We felt safe in the location and highly recommend this property for their location, price and especially hospitality.

I booked for 2 nights for a short trip to Naples with two other people. The location was perfect. The journey from the airport at 11pm was justbover 20 mins. When you step into the appartment its like stepping into a different world. And when You step out of the appartmentyinto a buzy fun athmosphere filled with restaurants and bars on one side and shops on the other. Toledo train station is right across the road. We walked everywhere easily. Diego was brilliant from the point of booking. He helped to arrange a taxi from the airport at a good price and provided clear instructions to access the apartment and available for anything we needed. The room fit three of us easily, was extremely clean and event provided complimentary mini bar. I would absolutely book again this place again. Its easily one of my top 5 and ticks every box. One thing to mention is that there is no lift to the appartment. It didnt inconvenience any of us but just something to point out in case this is a criteria for others. There is a space to park buggies on the ground floor though. Thank you Diego for everything! Cant wait to come back already.

Situata all'inizio della zona pedonale di Via Toledo, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza del Plebiscito e Palazzo Reale. Appena esci ti ritrovi immerso nella Napoli vera, dove ci sono i ristoranti letteralmente nelle stradine con tutto il folclore e la tipicità della loro cucina e trazione. Camera perfetta, raramente ho trovato situazioni così carine, intime e pulite. Per qualsiasi necessità si può contattare l'host con WhatsApp e in pochi minuti ti risponde con la massima disponibilità. Veramente degno di nota. Consigliato.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Bett ist fantastisch. Die Dusche ist leider eine Fehlkonstruktion, da sich das Wasser einfach überall verteilt. Ansonsten ist es sehr gut gelegen und überraschend ruhig im Zimmer. Der Service war super! Die Eingangstür ist eine riesige Gefahrenquelle und äußerst fragwürdig.
