We had our son’s family here and had a great time! Awesome heated pool and inviting separate hot tub. Loved playing ping pong. Got in 4 runs down to Vanderbilt Beach - just 1.4 miles through a friendly neighborhood. Met some friendly folks on walks. Very handy to have a drive-through driveway. The living space is airy with lots of light. Well designed for a family! There are several TV’s including a big screen TV inside and one outside for watching soccer games. Very comfortable mattresses. Very high quality beach chairs x 5 an umbrella. We brought our own beach wagon which was needed. Location is super easy and quick to Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Springs and Barefoot Beach, and yep, easy drive to Coconut Jack’s. Fishing was great on the shore - Pompanos, juvy sharks, and we never even got up to the beach at Lovers Key which has its own great fishing and seasonally a few starfish on the beach. Lots more to say. Out door grill was really a good one, used it 3 times for supper. Mike is a very responsive host. Fast and helpful every time. All in all, a great place to stay!

From booking to departure, Michael was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring all our questions were promptly answered. We met our family in Naples for a long weekend and needed a place to host them for Saturday with all the amenities. This house was great for that! The pool and outdoor area are wonderful for entertaining! There's a TV outside as well and just lots to keep everyone entertained.The house is a good size and has everything you need for a getaway. Host was great with communication and a good time was had by all.A couple of things to look out for here, the back sliding door doesn't lock and we had to jimmy it to keep it that way. I'm hoping the host has this fixed soon. The outdoor area is great but could use some landscaping and a thorough cleaning/upkeep to get the full experience. Just needs a little love.Outside of that, house is great and I would recommend! Terrific area!!

Property has an incredible covered lanai area with pool and hot tub. Great quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the fur baby and riding bikes. Very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Had a great time.

A short staycation!

This property would have easily been a five out of five if there wasn’t some safety concerns with the sliding door. I will address this later in this review. First, let me say the check in process was easy. Second, the property owners were very considerate with the housing amenities. For example, they provided bicycles (enough for 5 people), beach equipment, and etc! Third, the backyard area was to die for. The property has a gorgeous pool, lovely grill, and a big screen outdoor tv. There are also games, table tennis, and so much more. Fourth, the inside was beautiful with very comfortable bedding. Lastly, if I had to point out one concern, it would be the sliding door. It needs to be redone, remodeled, and/or it greatly needs to be repaired. We had to jimmy ridge the door to lock at night and it still really wasn’t locked. The backyard has a huge screen set up so this gave us some peace at mind. To the owners, please replace that sliding door.

Florida Fun!

Had a great time visiting family in beautiful Naples. So much to do! Even with Hurricane Debbie our spirits were not dampened and Michael's house was charming! Loved the outdoor space and even enjoyed the covered hot tub during a rain shower. If you like spending your time out doors, this is the place for you!

Great vacation home

We had a great time here! Michael was a great host and the home is fantastic. The backyard is a great hang out spot, awesome pool, lots of games, outdoor tv, has everything you need. The home was clean and comfortable. We were pretty close to everything, beaches 5 mins away. I would suggest Bluebill beach, this was our favourite, calm waters, crystal clear and not busy at all. Enjoyed our stay

Amazing house and host!

We had an amazing time at the house! The backyard is amazing to relax in and provided plenty of entertainment with the lawn games and pool. The host, Mike, was also extremely responsive and kind. Will definitely be a repeat visitor and highly recommend the home and host!

Great location

The house was very comfortable and well-equipped. The backyard was wonderful. Great pool and hot tub. Comfortable to stay in a have a BBQ. The screened-in porch allowed us to stay out in the evening without getting bitten. The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. The location was also great. An easy walk to the beach or to Mercato where there were plenty of restaurants and shops. Wonderful, relaxing vacation!
