Staff are very helpful. The location is very convenient. It is just 5 minute walk away from the Kintetsu Nara station, from there you can get access to Kyoto in 30 minutes or Osaka in 40 minutes.

The Iroha Grand Hotel is convenient to the Kintetsu station. It is close to Nara Park and shopping. The staff is polite and helpful. Our room was clean and neat. We had complimentary water waiting in the refrigerator which was appreciated on a 100° day.

Serene and peaceful even with TWO tour groups!

LOVE the convenience and cleanliness of this little hotel tucked in the middle of Nara’s main thoroughway near everything! Even though there were TWO group tours staying (one middle school children and another French tour group), once I went back to my room, it was completely serene and not a peep from any other rooms.

スタッフの方々の対応が温かく親しみやすいものでした。駅から近く、周辺は飲食店が豊富で、コンビニも近いので便利です。朝食もたくさんメニューがあり、ご飯の炊き具合も好きな感じで、美味しかったです。 残念だったのは、朝食に味噌汁が無かったことです。たしか粕汁はあったのですが…普通の味噌汁も出して欲しいと思いました。あとは洗面所の石鹸の香りが強かったことです。匂いに過敏なので苦手でした。 全体として満足なので、次の機会があればまた利用させていただきます。
