A 70-year-old old private house located a 5-minute walk from Kido Station on Hama-dori Joban Line in Fukushima Prefecture.In a situation where many affected houses have been demolished due to the earthquake, this old private house has been reclaimed and utilized, and this place has been used by local communities, including those who live, work, and support people in this area. We are working on a base for exchange.
This old private house is a private house where exchanges are born.From this place, with various people, to a private house (minka) where (Co-) is born together.With this meaning, we named it Kido's civilian house, Co-minka.
The facilities inside the old private house are not good enough, but I hope you will be able to get a feel for the life of this land while feeling the taste of 70 years old.
