Greated by the hotel director, Very easy check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh far superior than the chain hotels. The place is beautiful. Comfortable bed and bedding. The showers were amazing. Very clean, right from the moment you walk in to reception. Only downside is if you have heavy bags, there is no lift. But that didn't detract from the property. Loved it and will go back again if in Narbonne.

Extremely Clean, Comfy but Compact

Our family (2 adults and a teenager) stayed for 2 nights while we were visiting family in the area. We had the room on the same floor as reception, which had a queen bed for us and a queen pullout bed for my son. The room is a bit tight (as most European rooms tend to be) but it was very clean and had everything we needed. They really pay attention to the little details. The shower and AC were both excellent. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Be sure and reserve a parking spot if you have a car. Parking on the street was difficult as there were few available spaces. It's a short walk to restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and it was perfect for our needs in Narbonne.
