Magnificent villa in Santa Caterina di Nardò, a splendid location a stone's throw from Gallipoli and with one of the most beautiful promenades in all of Salento. The villa is located on a small hill facing the sea in a very elegant context and is surrounded by greenery. It is a villa on two levels: on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom (see photo), a large eat-in kitchen with large outdoor area, two bathrooms, and a large living room with large veranda overlooking the main garden ( bedrooms, kitchen and living room all with private air conditioning). In the lounge there is also a 50 "TV (if you have sky bring the decoder and the card, the satellite dish is already there) and a stereo with USB port; on the ground floor there is an independent apartment with four beds (one bedroom double bed and a bunk bed in a separate room), a small bathroom, and a living room with kitchenette overlooking the main garden which can accommodate several parking spaces. It's all private.

vacanza perfetta come questa bellissima villa

La villa si trova a pochi metri dal mare in una posizione iper panoramica dal terrazzo si vede tutto il golfo di Gallipoli, mentre dalla veranda al piano padronale si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato che oltrepassa le "Quattro colonne". Il sig. Luigi è stato sempre molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimiconsigli circa i tanti bei posticini della zona. Vacanza da ripetere.

Confortevole ma posizione non corrispondente alle indicazioni

Villa grande e confortevole soprattutto nell’ampio soggiorno e sulla terrazza (per godere la vista mare che si vede dalla fotografie bisogna tuttavia salire sul solaio). Meno confortevole la posizione se si hanno bambini o ragazzi in cerca di autonomia: 10 minuti a piedi dal mare di scogli (adatto solo a chi nuota) e 15 dal paesino di Santa Caterina (distanze che si “dilatano” nel percorso di ritorno in villa tutto in salita). Inoltre la posizione della villa sul sito è errata: se si seguono le coordinate qui poste si arriva ad un bed and breakfast fronte mare, non alla villa. La casa ha l'aria condizionata al primo piano mentre l'appartamentino al piano terra ne è sprovvisto, risultando assai sconfortevole. Tutta la casa manca inoltre di zanzariere senza le quali è impossibile - almeno nel mese di agosto - aprire le finestre senza essere invasi da zanzare. L'aspetto più positivo della villa è la vicinanza alla Riserva Naturale di Porto Selvaggio. Riserva alla quale si accede direttamente dalla pineta retrostante la casa muniti di scarpe da ginnastica e acqua.

Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima La villa si trova in un contesto fantastico in una località estremamente inn. Il giardino è enorme e ci abbiamo comodamente parcheggiato 3 auto. Proprietario serio preciso e puntuale. Gallipoli ad un tiro di schioppo. Consigliatissima per gruppi numerosi e per famiglie.

"La villa si trova in una posizione incantevole, è di grandi dimensioni sia per gli spazi interni che per quelli esterni come la veranda e il terrazzo. Il contesto è molto tranquillo e il paese di Santa Caterina offre scogli meravigliosi a pochi passi dalla villa. Eravamo 3 famiglie con 6 bambini sotto i sei anni ed è stata una bellissima vacanza."

Nous avons trouvé la maison conforme à la description. Peut-être serait-il judicieux d'annoncer que le jardin est en pente assez forte. Notre séjour a été très agréable et la famille tout à fait accueillante et prête à nous aider.

E' difficile trovare un d...

E' difficile trovare un difetto nell'accoglienza e nell'ospitalità di questa villa e dei suoi proprietari. le foto suggerivano la struttura e la bellezza, ma la prima impressione al nostro arrivo è stata " hollywoodiano " !! I proprietari ci hanno accolto premurosamente, e la villa ci ha dolcemente accompagnato alla scoperta del mare e dei luoghi suggestivi del Salento, proteggendoci dal caos inevitabile della settimana di ferragosto. Le camere, le strutture, gli accessori e la posizione stessa della casa hanno reso ancora più piacevole la conoscenza di questa regione , tanto che tutti noi ( 5 adulti e 5 adolescenti ) siamo ritornati incantati dal soggiornocon intenzione di ritornarvi. L'unico difetto che posso segnalare ? Per noi Torinesi è veramente lontana questa villa di Nardò ! Un grazie particolare per i proprietari sempre pronti ad aiutarci nella scoperta del Salento.

"Il contesto panoramico n...

"Il contesto panoramico nel quale è inserita la villa è del tutto eccezionale. Il panorama accompagna lo sguardo che non non abbandona il mare fino alla bianca punta di Gallipoli che di sera diventa presepio illuminato. La pineta che è parte integrante dell''importante giardino e la collina su cui si estende la dimora offrono una spettacolare vegetazione mediterranea che sprigiona odori e profumi da ricordare. La dimora è così ben pensata negli spazi esterni che quasi si fatica a lasciarla per gite che per altro riservano incantevoli sorprese. Comodissima è la loggia al riparo della quale si pranza o cena o si assaporano letture riposando su comodi divani. All''interno gli spazi sono a dir poco pratici, grandi e ben disposti. Vetrate ed ampie finestre rendono luminosissimo ogni angolo. Le camere e i servizi, funzionanti e comodi, sono altrettanto spaziosi. Inoltre la disponibilità verso ogni esigenza e la gentilezza dei proprietari è massima."
