This hotel is located in an area where there is not many commercial stores but they had a 24-hour Lawson(?) store in their lobby area. Very helpful and staff was always pleasant to work with. Their breakfast area was huge and it made it so much nicer compared to some of the other Toyoko Inns that were cramped for space.

We weren’t greeted by a single staff person. It’s odd, but after a long day of travel you want to have someone say hello to you and greet you with a smile. We checked in, stayed two nights and checked out all without ever speaking to someone who worked there. You check in and out on a kiosk. The airport shuttle was very convenient, but when you’re at the hotel there’s nothing walkable to do around it. The mattresses are incredibly hard. The free breakfast was nice but it was all cold. It’s certainly convenient to and from the airport, but otherwise not an ideal stay.

The room was small but clean and the staff were amazing. They helped me do luggage forwarding and then helped me find my phone when I forgot it. Breakfast was good and so was the shuttle. The convenience store on site was nice as well.
