It’s a bed in a good location

It’s a bed. The bed is comfortable enough. The shower rod was loose. Some of the outlets didn’t work. And the room was pretty musty smelling. It basically felt like a pretty basic house flip.

The place is absolutely rundown needs major renovations. Everything is broken had quite a few problems with our room. Staff is completely unconcerned. Been two days still waiting on a phone call for some kind of compensation will never return.

Liars! Do Not Stay Here!

It all started at check-in when I payed for a room with a balcony/patio and was given a room without. The room was dirty and had a chaise with blood stains on it. I complained and they told me that I had to take it up with Hotels.com. I asked why they were the ones that assigned the room and a manager eventually emerged and said there was a problem with the room the toilet didn’t work so they promised to comp the first night and upgrade me the second night. The upgraded room still didn’t have a full ocean room in fact it faced the outside patio so we couldn’t open the shades without sharing our room with the whole patio. The key cards for the rooms took 3 tries to work each time having to return to the front desk. The pool was GREEN. There was flies and trash in the hallways. The tv in our first room was broken. When I checked out I was told by front desk would personally call me with the reimbursement information and whatever else they could do for me because these were all things that others had complained about ie. pool, trash, flies, key cards. I never received a call and now it’s been a week and I have called two more times without a resolution nor a reimbursement. They are liars and the hotel is falling apart. They should be ashamed at the conditions and they are so deceitful as to not mention anything upfront. I think they hope no one complains. At the very least post on the website that the pool has been closed since at least this past January. Do not stay here!!!!

The location is excellent! Right off the beach and easy to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately our room was not clean. The floor was very sandy and the bed was broken. I went to open the window and it fell out. The roof top deck needs major repairs. Boards curled, easy to trip on. Trash was overflowing all week and very smelly. The view from the deck was spectacular too bad it wasn’t safe if dark as you would not see the broken flooring since there is no lights. We did not use the pool but we were told by friends it was green and slimy. We will never return!

NOT ON THE BEACH! You have to pay a $12 walk on fee to get onto the beach. Unfortunately, the other guests were slobs and left messes on the upper patio area. Which could be updated. The location near the beach and everything was great. The staff was nice.

The pool was green and we chose this hotel because my grandson loves to swim. However, it was so full of algae we didn’t let him swim. He was very upset. I would like an adjustment to our bill for our stay.
