The chain didn't open, the door didn't close, on the balcony the door didn't open, the phone didn't work. There was a strong draft from the balcony, a large gap in the door. My daughter was scared, she was hysterical because the doors wouldn't open, the phone didn't work and it was just awful, and the wi-fi didn't work. I don't advise to stay there.

Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and caring. Always willing to help carry our luggage etc. Giving information about the area and where to eat. Very very clean and comfortable, and smelled so fresh! Went to meet our son and grandchildren there. My son picked out the Atlantic Hotel. Wise choice!

The best thing about this property is the proximity to the beach. We stayed in off-season, last week of February. No one in the hotel and we were placed in a room with a parking lot view. It was fine for a quick stay. Property is average, room was clean. (mini-fridge, microwave, and hair dryer in room) Says breakfast is included but didn't state it is a "grab and go" style breakfast; cereal and bagels/ coffee and OJ.

There seemed to be a lot of dirt/dust on the walls and elsewhere throughout the room for this “off season” price. The amenities are very simple, but fine. The milk for coffee was four days expired and just bagels or cereal available. View was great. Would stay again, just wish that it were cleaner.
