Perfect for a Girls Weekend! There were 8 of us and this place was wonderful! With 7 bedrooms (6 with one bed ... sizes ranging from double to king ... and 1 with 3 twin beds) and 5 bathrooms (all with showers), we all had our own rooms (except the two sisters who shared a room). The place was immaculate. It's an old home, built in the mid 1800's and it has a lot of cool old architectural details ... most notable the wood floors and narrow stairways to the upper levels. We ranged in age from 64 to 80 and had no trouble with the stairs. The kitchen and all baths were modern and looked to have been recently renovated. The furnishings were comfortable ... especially the three leather sofas in the living room. A huge dining room table could seat 10, and there was another table nearby that could seat 6. The kitchen was more-than-well-equipped with plenty of glassware, dishes, silverware, pots, pans etc. We were lacking for nothing! Friday (arrival day) was warm and sunny and we enjoyed sitting out on the wrap-around porch. The mansions in Newport were a 30-minute drive. We also took in the the two new trolls at Ningret Park, also nearby. Arman was very responsive to the few questions I had after we arrived, and I even had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife when I went back to the house after we'd checked out because I had forgotten to turn on the dishwasher (cleaning crew had beaten me to it!). We all loved this place and want to go back. It was perfect for us!
