Enjoy comfortable sleeping spaces, open areas for gathering, and private outdoor space for summer evenings. Walk or bike the bike path and play tennis or bocce at the nearby courts. Just a short distance from Narragansett Town Beach, with easy access to surfing, dining, and all the charm of South County.

Situated on a private quarter-acre lot, this family-friendly home offers plenty of space and comfort. Inside you’ll find a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, plus ducted AC throughout the upstairs living area. Step outside to a generous private deck with outdoor dining and a grill. The layout includes three upstairs bedrooms (all three with queens) and a full bath, plus a large finished open lower level with another full bath containing a washer and dryer. Relax on the deck with a drink or unwind with your favorite shows on new large 4K TV. High-speed internet supports remote work, and beach chairs, two town beach passes, kids’ beach toys and board games are provided. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy all that Narragansett has to offer. A fee of $200 will be charged for each lost beach pass.
