Boligen ligger i et veletablert boligstrøk i bydelen Fossestua i Narvik. Fra boligens altan er det nydelig utsikt og sol fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Boligen har god plass, så her kan reisefølget bo under samme tak. Velutstyrt kjøkken og spisebord med panoramautsikt gjør at man kan nyte gode måltider med fantastisk utsikt over Ofotfjorden. Nytt regionalt sykehus under 10 minutters gange fra eiendommen.

Eiendommen er delvis renovert i 2022 og har 3 soverom med 5 senger totalt. Avhengig av din booking og antall personer som skal bo i enheten åpner vi soverom etter behov av miljøhensyn.
