Spacious two story home with 12beds (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 2 full size beds, 2 full size sofa beds, and 3 folding beds) and 3 1/2 bath, within walking distance to downtown Nashville. Conveniently located off the downtown I-40/65 loop directly across the road from the Nashville Farmer’s Market and the Bicentennial Mall and down the street from Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. Free parking with space to accommodate up to 4 cars.

A short 25 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to the Broadway Honkeytonks, shopping, Nissan Stadium, and the Predators Bridgestone Arena and another few steps to the Country Music Hall of Fame and brand new Music City Center.

The main level is inviting with a large well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen with formal dining area, a large living room with comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen TV, and main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second level will show you all of the comforts of home as you enjoy our spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. This house is convenient to everything, and the hosts were great to work it. We had a close friend pass away unexpectedly and the hosts, worked with us on adjusting the dates so we could get back home in time for the funeral and it was greatly appreciated. The home is in the Germantown area, and we were able to walk to lunch, Kroger and the chocolate shop. The home was clean and easily accommodated all 11 of us with no problems. I will definitely stay at this location again if I'm in the Nashville area.
