Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as `Music Hill`. Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room with a powder bath. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and bonus room.
Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.
Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.
