The property is a new construction 4 bedroom 3 full bath house with double porches offering amazing views. All hardwood floors/heated master bathrooms floors. 12 Beds w/ memory foam mattresses to sleep large groups (no air mattresses needed) in each house. Large open floor plan great for all gatherings. 65" led tv with cable, 5 other flat screens in all bedrooms and fastest internet package available. All beds are brand new and have memory foam mattresses.
Massive 32 foot by 12 foot cedar pergola in backyard for parties, events and dining - tables and seats for 24.
Double decks with amazing sunset views - large outdoor sectional, fire pit and lounge chairs on bottom deck and patio set on top deck. 6 person hot tub recessed into the back deck that is professionally maintained. Brand new outdoor granite kitchen with grill, burners, sink and fridge.


Private gated parking for 6 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up.


NASHVILLE SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT (STRP) #201541707 - Make sure wherever you stay has one! They might be shut down by Nashville codes and your reservation cancelled if they do not. MUST READ: Nashville codes also does not allow properties to advertise for more than 12 guests. A weekend to remember!

Grest location! Plenty of space! Fully stocked! Our daughter turned 18th! She and a few of her friends enjoyed s'mores and the hot tub!!! Owner was very informative and quick to respond! Thank you again!

Family Birthday get-away

Family really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown with convenient access to everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of space for our group. Property was nice, but a bit more run down than expected: broken couches, patio furniture, dishwasher tray and sketchy microwave. Kitchen lacked essentials like aluminum foil, plastic wrap and bags, and baking sheets. Family really enjoyed the outdoor decks, hot tub and grill. Michael was extremely responsive to every inquiry and always offered assistance. Would definitely recommend to others or return for another stay!

Spring Break

Our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 children) was very comfortable in this home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots of beds. The location is close to everything, and pretty quiet. It has many kitchen appliances, but was lacking in things like a baking sheet, and forks. The grill was nice, and the deck was great! We enjoyed our stay and would suggest this place for a great stay on the Nashville area!

Awesome trip to Nashville

We had a great time visiting Nashville and staying at the property. Michael could not have been easier to work with and communication was great. The house is out of the hustle and bustle of Nashville but was only a 5-10 minute car ride from downtown. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Amazing weekend!

Great hosts! Great weekend! Great house! Close to downtown. It was an amazing weekend! Michael helped get us our food delivery set up and dropped off our alcohol order so we didn’t have to do that leaving the Nashville airport. Lots of space and room. I would highly recommend staying here, and would stay here again!

The property was amazing! We loved having the hot tub and utilized the spacious backyard every day! It was very spacious and clean, having everything we needed. Michael was great! They made our first time visiting very easy and enjoyable! The list of close by stores and directions were so helpful. Would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

I have never written a review in my life. This property was amazing beds were good updated appliances TVs etc. The outdoor deck is nice couch tv and hot tub. Property is 10 minutes from downtown. Definitely will reserve again if I am back in the Nashville area. Perfect for large groups and he rents the house beside it as well.

Great Stay in Nashville

The house was as advertised with plenty of space for our group of six adults. Michael was an excellent host and went out of his way to make sure the house was stocked with all the essentials. He reached out before we arrived to see if there was anything we needed and then went to the store for us. He even offered me a bottle of Weller from his own collection. This was my first time in Nashville, but if I ever return, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Michael.

Beautiful property with plenty of space

Property is beautiful although it could use a deep clean, like baseboards and tile. Kitchen has plenty of space but needs items for serving the large groups that can stay there. Loved the hot tub and fire area. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. Loved the perk of ordering groceries to be delivered using their account. Super helpful. I would recommend staying here just bring some large pots and serving dishes if you plan to cook for your group. I also liked that there were just a very few things to do upon departure.

Best house for the occasion

We rented the house to be close to our venue and have our bridal party there to get ready. The beds were super comfortable. I loved the master bedroom shower! There were plenty of beds, sheets, and towels for everyone. It’s the perfect get ready spot for our wedding.

The Best Weekend in Nashville!!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had the BEST time! The house was extremely clean and spacious, we never felt cramped. Mike was phenomenal. I told him we were looking for a recommendation on renting a boat for the day, and he offered his own boat (which was beautiful) and his business partner drove the boat for us - it was a blast! Mike also offered to pick up alcohol for us, with a 10% discount, and had it waiting in the fridge for us upon arrival. He was super quick to respond any time we called or text. The house was in a convenient location to everything, it was less than 10 minutes from downtown/broadway. The house had plenty of towels, blankets and hangers to accommodate 7 girls! We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Nashville.

Perfect family trip

We had the best time staying in Nashville with family! It was the first time in too long my family was all able to be together for a long weekend and we will definitely be back... We have stayed in many rental properties and this one was by far the cleanest and overall best experience. They have literally everything you could think of that you may have forgot to pack from shampoos/conditioners, hair styling tools, sound machines (perfect for our infant daughter!), games, coffee galore.... it was perfect. Our stay was during covid so we really didn’t leave the house much so the yard and grill set up was put to use! We celebrated my nieces 2nd birthday and played tons of yard games and games on the patio... the adults enjoyed the hot tub at night which was so much fun. Thanks again for a great stay we hope to be back soon!

Highly recommend!

Great layout and plenty of space. Convenient location to downtown, and felt safe going for a run in the morning. Lots of flexibility in the beds so everyone had a place to sleep! Plus great getting ready space for a group of girls. We had enough dishes and serving ware to have dinner at the house on Friday (and the grill was great!) and the fire feature was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for large groups.

Great visit with our son

This house is amazing. Mike and Crystal thought about every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We were very close to our son’s home and that neighborhood is near to downtown and many amenities . If we plan another family reunion we would definitely stay here again

Loved our stay in East Nashville

We stayed for 6 nights and felt comfortable, even though we were a group of 12. We had plenty of space, plenty of linen and towels, basic bath supplies and basic kitchen items. It was so clean and we had tons of storage space for luggage and food. We used the grill and the fire pit and both worked great. The location was fantastic as we traveled all over Nashville and even into Kentucky for a day.

House for 21 over the 4th of July!

We rented these houses over the 4th of July with 21 people- adults and kids mixed! These houses were awesome! Super clean, tons of beds, every single thing you could think of possibly needing for a week- they had! Great accommodations and the owners were fantastic and welcoming! There was beer in the fridges - soda and bottled water already there for use! 2 hot tubs were great for the kids after the long drive in! What a fantastic experience! We will be bragging about these accommodations for a long time! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Great for a group!

We rented both homes for our extended family to attend my son’s wedding at Pavilion East. My experience with rental homes is typically disappointing, not this time! The homes are roomy and comfortable, reasonably stocked kitchen, excellent beds, great public spaces to join up with the whole family and a terrific respite from downtown, while only a short Uber away. Our family was so thrilled we housed them all here, you can’t go wrong. And the owner is very attentive, but you don’t need him - everything works!

This house was so nice and clean and exactly what we were looking for! We had 4 couples and everyone enjoyed our home away from home. The hot tub and outdoor sitting area was so great and we felt nice and secluded. The owners were so nice and helpful. We will be back to Nashville and we will be staying here again!
