The stay was nice, the staff were friendly and the breakfast had the best eggs I’ve ever had at an American hotel. But, there is no lift so expect to carry your own luggage up 2 flights of stairs to get your room.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We didn't like the tall beds. They were very hard to get into. Room 122 has a leaking bath tub faucet and the toilet runs on if you don't pull the handle back up. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will be back.

The room had a terrible odor, forcing us to check out a day early and forfeit one night's cost, as the front desk stated they couldn't issue a refund for the unused night. Initially, we were moved to another room the first night due to a similar odor issue, but the new room was just as bad, and the staff only offered to spray air freshener. Additionally, the A/C fan was ineffective, barely circulating air even on the highest setting. We only stayed because all other accommodations in town were fully booked. In all my yrs of traveling I’ve never had a room so bad that I forfeited the cost of 1 night stay to leave early

Check-in was good; breakfast buffet good. Bad - musty/moldy smell in room , shower'bath hot/cold water controls broke. Only extremely hot or cold water would come out, no in between mixing for a good temperature; pillows need to be replaced.

Do you have a legitimate service dog?

Everything went well with check in. I had advised them that we had a service dog. I wrote it on the booking and showed all documentation. The next morning, I get a very curt call asking if I had a dog in the room. I wish they would have noticed that I had already gone through this the night before, especially since I had shown her training and service documentation. They say service dogs are welcome on the site, but fail to write it down so you get accused of being dishonest the next morning. I had told them about Grace in 3 different ways. I called, wrote to them and face to face when we got there. None of that mattered.
