KEEP LOOKING!! This is not the place to stay!

Noisy, less than average quality and cleanliness. Pool was not open, when the cover was removed it looked like a green swamp. Will never stay there again and will even question staying at a Best Western in the future. The review asks for photos of our stay…why would we take photos of this disaster. Almost ruined our vacation!!!

Big room at a great price very clean bathroom. Hot water great on the top 5th floor. Room was clean , bed comfortable.pool was outdoor but still covered. Breakfast 6-9 was very good with eggs, sausage, make your own pancakes, juice, yogurt, bananas, apples. Good price for 4 day stay. Friendly staff. Security in parking lot overnight.

All the employees were super nice!! The facility itself needs a major upgrade. We had a drawer pull missing, the bedside lamp cover was broken, the outlets next to the buzzed and barely worked. The bathroom mirror was peeling from the back. There were stains on nearly every section of floor around the facility. On the first floor, emergency lights were hanging out from the ceiling.

A very disappointed customer

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen, and in a very scary part of town. The security guy was a joke. He sat out front showing his weapons off to customers. The hotel stank and the staff was very rude. There was some very suspicious activity going on in the parking lot as well. It was so bad we walked out and didn’t even check in.

The room was great! Big and roomy with very comfortable beds. It was easy to get to ... right off the interstate. My only complaint, really, was the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. Nothing says," I didn't get cleaned" like finding black curly hairs on the floor by the tub.

Not the cleanest.

First things to consider is this hotel is right next to the freeway so it can be quiet noisy at all hours of the day. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean starting at the lobby throughout. Stains all over the carpets, the rooms needed more TLC including the walls in the bathroom and the shower mostly. I won’t be staying again.

We had an average stay. Half the bathroom lighted mirror was not lit, the tub drain i had to put something under it(hold the drain open) to drain the tub while taking a shower , and seen the place needed several repairs.

This place is a very good value. The rooms are clean. The water is hot. I didn’t find it quick and convenient to get a ride to town, but I feel like I saved money because of that.

Bedroom bathroom was pretty gross and had stuff on the shower walls and bathroom walls, and our bedroom window was leaking from the rain. Breakfast was shut down before the end time because not enough food! Staff was nice though.
