INDOOR ACTIVITIES | The basement features an indoor playground/theater room. Relax in a recliner while your kids run out their energy on the indoor playground! Head to the game room for magnetic darts, wall-mounted tic-tac-toe, 6 player air hockey + more. Grab your coffee and head to the sunroom at the back of the house to relax, read a book, play a game or enjoy the sights and sounds of nature right outside. We have hundreds of books and movies, plus lots of games, for your group to enjoy!

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES | Renting the farmhouse includes exclusive use of 2+ acres of beautiful Brown County land.

AREA ATTRACTIONS | Our farmhouse is a scenic 15 minute drive from Nashville, IN, home of Indiana's largest state park [Brown County State Park]. Brown County is well-known as a historic artist colony, due to the area's natural beauty. Nashville, the county seat, is an idyllic small town with hundreds of small shops and restaurants, most of which are locally owned. We love that the Farmhouse is close enough to Nashville to drive home for an afternoon nap, and far enough in the country to have privacy and serenity. We're also about 30 minutes from downtown Bloomington, home to Indiana University.
