About this property

Near Belmont & VUMC · 1BR Sleeps 4 · 1920s Condo

Welcome to Bluebird, by Music City Magnolia — a 1920s historic condo walkable to Belmont, 12 South, and Vanderbilt, with a private patio for short stays and extended visits.

Bluebird is Nashville done differently. This first-floor 1920s historic condo — walkable to Belmont University, 12 South, and Vanderbilt — is the kind of place that fits travel nurses, remote workers, music industry folks, and anyone who wants to actually live in Nashville for a week, a month, or a weekend rather than just visit it.

One bedroom with a king bed, plus a king sleeper sofa in the living area, means Bluebird comfortably sleeps 4 without feeling crowded. A private patio and separate entrance give the condo genuine apartment-style independence. The 1 Gigabit WiFi is the real thing — not the kind that struggles when two people are on a call at the same time.

The details here are intentional: a Byron Statics record player for proper vinyl listening, HEPA air purifiers throughout, an infrared fireplace for cozy Nashville winters, and an essential oil diffuser that sets the tone before your feet hit the floor. This is a condo that pays attention to how you actually feel while you're staying somewhere.

Practical advantages stack up fast. Free on-site community laundry. Free street parking. Extended stay rates are available for 30+ nights with a separate cancellation policy. For healthcare workers and Vanderbilt visitors, the location is nearly unbeatable: St. Thomas Hospital is 2.2 miles, Vanderbilt University Medical Center less than a mile.

The Bluebird Cafe — Nashville's legendary songwriter venue and one of the most important small stages in country music — is nearby. Hillsboro Village's independent restaurants, bookshops, and coffee spots are 0.3 miles. 12 South's concentrated restaurant and shopping district is 0.5 miles.

Monthly rental rates available for 30+ night stays — Nashville's most practical nurse housing and healthcare worker rental near Vanderbilt Medical Center. Also ideal for insurance relocation stays, corporate assignments, and digital nomads who need genuine 1 Gig WiFi. Community laundry on-site.

We absolutely loved the location of your property! It was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Suggestion .. stairs need a handrail & it could use better lighting on the porch. Overall visit was wonderful and we plan to stay again.

Lovely place in a quiet walkable neighborhood

We were in Nashville to see friends and this was a perfect place to stop and recharge between weekend outings. It’s plenty spacious for a couple and has a well appointed kitchen and bathroom and a comfy bed. Plenty of soft towels and comfy bedding. The communication was clear and excellent.

Perfect for two adults!

Place was clean, had a comfy bed, loved the coffee amenities, and the location was convenient for our daughter’s graduation from Vandy. Our 22 year old son was able to join us at the last minute, so he slept on the pull out couch. Having to walk through his sleeping area to use the restroom during the night was not ideal, and the closure to the bedroom doesn’t allow for total privacy. We would stay here again if it were just the two of us. Communication was great as well!

Lovely place in quiet neighborhood

This place was perfect for our needs. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to Belmont University and its young energy. Close to downtown Nashville to easily take in all the sites. The place was clean, comfortable, decorated very cute and had lots of extra bonuses - the Alexa was our favorite. We also loved being able to use the private entrance. The only draw back was the street parking. We had no trouble finding a spot. Just be sure to park as close to the curb as you can and tuck in your driver's side mirror.

Amazing. 🤩

We booked last minute for a weekend with our teenage girls. We had tickets to the Ryman Auditorium for a concert but wanted to be far from the wild nights of Broadway. The apartment on Belmont Campus was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the amenities in the bathroom were generous as well. It was clean cute and comfortable. I really didn’t want to leave! The shopping at 12 south was a fun way to spend an afternoon and then 21st Avenue was close for good eats and adventure too. We went downtown during the day and explored the city. We will be back.

Charming apartment in an elegant neighbourhood

This apartment is charming, and offers the added bonus of a porch for watching the world go buy. The area is largely residential, with beautiful tree lined streets. It is close to a grocery store, to the 12 South area, and Hillsboro Village. All within easy walking distance. Hard to leave.
