This hotel is absolutely amazing. Had all the amenities you need., love that it’s close to the blues bar, definitely eat at the skulls restaurant, and take part in the rooftop. I will definitely book again.

I didn’t eat at the hotel. I went out to eat while I was staying there. A beautiful place. The staff was excellent. I appreciate the welcomeness that I received from your staff and they were such a big help of me getting there because I was lost.

I really wanted to love the Bobby Hotel, but my experience fell short. The room was much smaller than expected, and it didn’t feel comfortable for the price point. Housekeeping was another frustration, they often didn’t come until after noon, sometimes as late as 3–4 PM, which is exactly when we were back from our day and trying to relax. It made it really hard to enjoy the room. On top of that, I was charged an early checkout fee, which added to the disappointment, especially considering the issues we had during the stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but my visit just wasn’t what I hoped for. The rooftop was nice.

Good location, good service at the front desk. Room was big but very dark, just a small window. What really disappointed us is the Valet parking waiting time… 28 minutes is not acceptable. I can’t understand why there was only one valet guy there…. He did what he could, not his fault at all but Hotel management. A dissapointing valet parking turned a good hotel opinion into a bad one. Sorry

Check in got a little goofy. The lady checking us in had to get the manager to finalize our pre charges and upgrades. It wasn’t her fault and I felt bad for her but she was super apologetic. I was disappointed to hear the spa was closed and there was no art available to view. We’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.
