The place was great. We had a bit of trouble with the keypads getting in, but the management service was professional and able to help quickly. We would definitely stay again. It was a good retreat for a girls trip.

The property is perfect and unique. Parking is a little crazy but overall it was wonderful. We absolutely enjoyed the BoHo theme and the rooftop area has the best view of the city.

Nice place to stay for the weekend. All of us appreciated having our own beds. The rooftop was a very nice area to hang out. One suggestion would be to add instructions on how you operate the TV on the roof. It took my a while to figure out that you used your phone as the remote.

Pinterest worthy Nashville aesthetic

I hosted my bachelorette party here for the weekend and all my girls raves about the decor and photo opportunity locations in the house and rooftop. The location was super accessible for trips downtown and taking the shuttle was easy and convenient. Thank you to our amazing hosts for being so responsive throughout our trip and the closing process to leave was incredibly simple. Would highly recommend this house for larger groups of friends or family with all the beds and bathrooms!

The process of booking and receiving check in/ check out information was very easy. The property was clean and comfortable. Even though the surrounding area wasn’t in the best neighborhood, the garage entrances were safe and each unit opened near ours which gave an extra level of security.

Pros: Nice place, well decorated, cool vibe, spacious. Property management company is very responsive. Priced very well for size and amenities. Cons: Reservation process with management company requires a lot of overhead, app functionality is very poor and doesn't work half the time. Parking was really bad, had to park on curb outside of property most days. Closet space is limited or non-existent in some rooms, especially in the master upstairs. It would be a simple, inexpensive add to have hanging racks in bedrooms that have no closet or drawer space. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am which is pretty egregious.

Overall the house was good but had a few things that could improve. The thermostat kept switching to heat in the middle of the night and made sleeping uncomfortable. We found food and other trash under the furniture so that tells me it’s not properly cleaned after each stay (especially for what you pay). There was a leak in the ceiling but the maintenance man “fixed it” while we were gone. Behind the building seems to be some kind of homeless camp but the rooftop view is nice.
