Renter beware not what is advertised

The place was very dirty. Downstairs ac unit was not blowing cold air house stayed at 82 and above the whole trip. Property manager kept saying he was sending someone and had excuses on to why it wasn't done. He was there at one point and even said he was sweating just standing in the kitchen. He sent me back about 10% of what we paid. However for what I paid for our 4 night stay it doesn't make up for the sauna. The pillows on the bed are flat as paper. The floors were flithy like they hadn't been swept in a while. The lights in the kitchen and master bedroom flicker. The fan in the livingroom has a mind of it's own and only works when it wants and on the speed it wants to. The furniture in the livingroom is very uncomfortable the couch is so old it just sinks. Extremely disappointed with the unit. Pots in kitchen are broken. Knives are dull can opener doesn't work. Also beware other than the garage there is only paid parking and there is no overnight parking!!
