This location is centrally located, near to downtown. We walked to everything. However, there is an entire city block that is just a hole in the ground surrounded by a chain link fence immediately across the street. The view is abysmal. The traffic noise is considerable. Most in-town hotels have sound-proofing but not this one. The interior of the unit was spacious but bare. There is a great exercise room. They advertised a pool but it was closed. The staff said it wouldn't open until Memorial Day. The cleaning staff parked the cleaning cart in the hallway exactly lined up with our door before we got up in the morning and was still there at night. Not sure if it ever moved, but it was an ugly impediment in our path. They were generous with the coffee pods.

Our place was very clean, had a washer/dryer and dish washer which was a plus! You definitely need a car (or Uber), to visit the “main attractions”, but that wasn’t an issue. If we were ever to go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay her again.

Fantastic stay

I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay. Check in was super easy. I received a text with my code to get in to my room. A few hours later I received a welcome text and it said to reply if I needed anything. I asked for an extra blanket and one was brought right over. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Highly recommended and I will be back.

2-3 star rating at best. Management non existent

Not a bad property. Had to call multiple times for sheets when we first arrived. Check in instructions were not great. 2 water leaks from the ceiling in the unit that we had to call in. Had to call to get enough plates and utensils for the 5 of us. To this day still no call from a manager or GM addressing the maintenance issues during our stay. Workout facility was only half functioning due to what looked like another water leak in that area as well. Only positive notes were parking and convenience of location.

The room we had was very clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen items if you wanted to get things from grocery. Walkable to many things to do in downtown Nashville. Daughter loved and wants yo do Bachelorette party there!
