Valet was a little disorganized/hard to figure out. The valet people were a little rude and not attentive. However walking in, the hotel is gorgeous and luxurious looking. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful in the afternoon checking-in. Room was clean and gorgeously decorated. Shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. Plenty of towels. King bed was super comfortable. Checking out was a little annoying as the front desk staff in the morning was a little less friendly, and again the valet, confusing. Overall loved my stay, loved my view, comfortable and pretty.

The room was immaculate and a great space to relax. The hotel is about a mile from Broadway where all the great restaurants and bars with plenty of live music are located. We chose to walk which was an easy commute but the in/out valet service was excellent as well. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town!

I believe the bathroom door in our room was installed incorrectly so it’s nearly impossible to open and close it. The TV constantly froze. The curtains don’t shut all the way so morning sunlight arrives quite early.

Rooms are very modern and nice! Facility is clean and friendly. Has a beer, liquor and wine store next door which is really convenient! Lyft rides to downtown broadway is only like 6 bucks. Worth being a little off the high congested areas.
