We got relocated due to a maintenance issue/overbooking on their end. It was extremely inconvenient and they did very little to make it right on their end. Disappointed on how they handled the entire situation. The hotel itself is quite nice; unfortunately it is not managed well.

it was in a "central" location. 10 minute walk to Broadway, Gulch shopping a couple of blocks away, handful of restaurants around the corner. Whole Foods down the street for items you may need.

Our stay

Very nice…some construction still going on. Food that they offered was a little different. If they wan to serve food they need to pick more of easy comforting food. They really aren’t set up to be 5 star food rest. Need to be a little more back to just basics.

Overall rating would have been an excellent if it weren't for the fact that the fridge in our room still had food in from previous guest, no chips or pita bread with charcuterie board in the restaurant, just meat and cheese.(constructive criticism ) Otherwise hotel was great! Walkable to downtown, room was lovely would definitely consider staying there again.

It was a nice hotel and the valet was great and the host's were super nice. I didnt get my coffee pods I ordered from front desk. I've asked twice. I was expecting an important overnight delivery and it was there but about 4 people apparently didnt look good enough, the manager finally found it. No one cleaned the room one of the days. No microwave.

New hotel, right in the Gulch. The hotel is gorgeous inside with one of the biggest hotel closet spaces I’ve seen in a while! :) perfectly located around a tonnn of different food options and Broadway is only a 15 minute walk away. Ubers were super easy to get, as well. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and the valet were quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!
