The house is within walking distance to the Franklin Theatre, Public Square, downtown shopping district, lots of restaurants, etc. This historic 1930s home is has been fully renovated and expanded to create a three-bedroom, two-full bath retreat in historic Franklin. Great house however we were up all night the first night with cement mixers going up down street all night, and there was a lot of construction related noise throughout the week. We would not have rented house if owner had disclosed 24 hour construction near by. Owner did not respond to my concerns for 6 days(on my last day)then said they have had no complaints. You should know construction is 24 hours a day until fall of 2027. There is a flyer with all the details in the owners manual. I called superintendent on the project to discuss our concerns since owner did not respond.

This is great home! It was nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Downtown Franklin was a short walk from the house and we had the best time shopping, eating and drinking lots of coffee from the Frothy Monkey! I had a couple of questions and the host messaged immediately! You will not be disappointed!

Remarkable property. Seems small at entry but lots of space in the addition in the rear including beautiful courtyard space. A block from Main Street and all the downtown Franklin shops and restaurants. All of our crew loved it and were very impressed by location, space and quality of this place. Thanks for the memories!

This was a girls weekend getaway to Franklin and the property was outstanding. This was the cutest little house with all the amenities needed for a getaway. You literally can not beat the location. The day we arrived, we no longer needed our car as everything was walkable. So close to town center as well as The Factory.

Weekend in Franklin

Three couples came to Franklin for a wedding of a good friend. This house was so cute and absolutely perfect. It had a great layout and was walking distance to a lot of the shops and restaurants in Franklin. Highly recommend!

Gem of a house in perfect location

We just got back from a 2 night stay at this gem of a home. The house is beautiful, well equipped, AC works wonderfully and cooled house quickly - but truly..it’s the LOCATION! Such a perfect spot for visiting Franklin. We went for a quick girls trip and all the restaurants and shopping were literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. Great communication with owner - and across the street appears to be police station, which made us ladies feel extra safe :) would absolutely stay again. 10/10 recommend.

AMAZING HOME, AMAZING LOCATION!

Gosh, we were so blessed to find this wonderful and well equipped property! So super (walking-distance) close to cute Franklin, and filled with anything you might need. We had a girls weekend to attend a function... since it rained, it was cozy and comfy to hang around the house and enjoy each other's company!

Wonderful Ladies Annual Trip

We pick a new place to visit each year with a group of 4 ladies. This was perfect location. We took a day trip to Nashville but really enjoyed the town of Franklin much better. The food, shopping, the walk ability is all amazing! I’d like to move here! A quaint town and perfect location!

Charming home, amazing location

My family has traveled to Franklin on many occasions, and we always stay near Main Street. This home is conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops and is a short drive to historic sites. The decor is charming, and there is plenty of room for a family of 4 (w/2 teens). Parking on the driveway was a nice benefit.

Cute Church Street property!

This was my second time staying at this darling house! (First time was for a girls trip) when our grandson’s baseball team scheduled a tournament in Franklin we knew we wanted to stay here! It’s walking distance to shops and great restaurants. The beds are comfortable and updated bathrooms. Very clean!! Much nicer than the new hotel the rest were in! This is an amazing property! We loved it!

A wonderful stay!

We can't say enough positive things about our weekend stay! The property is in a wonderful location to enjoy Franklin and we happened to be there on the festival weekend - so there was lots to see/do(we were in town for a wedding) The house was such an awesome gathering spot for us and our adult kids - if we ever get back to Franklin, this would be our first choice!
