Are you looking for a decent price hotel room with crackhead showdowns in the parking lot around the outside pool? Then this is the hotel for you. What was unique about the property? the lock on the door shocked the heck out of you whenever you open or close the door fresh out the shower or pool. There’s really no reason to shutdown the pools for “quiet time.” Whenever there’s an abundance of people in the parking lot who scream at each other and guests in the hotel at all hours of the night. Overall, the price was decent. The staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I’ve stayed here. The rooms are clean.

Run, just run!!

This is the sketchiest place I have ever stayed. There is a club attached playing super loud music until the wee hours, the entire place smells like weed and the staff just have no drive to do anything in a timely fashion.

I would stay again

I’m not going to lie, after reading some pretty sketchy reviews and learning a night club was attached, I was a littler nervous about our stay but It was close to the softball fields and a good price so I booked. I was also thinking, “it’s only one night, we can do this!” I would definitely stay again and room 171 was great! We walked in at peak club time on a Friday night and the music was so loud. The employee gave us the room number and showed us where the it was located on the map and it look like it was right next to the club walls so I was thinking there’s no way we are going to get any sleep and I was surprisingly wrong! We actually never heard music once we were in the room. Thankfully. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. Shower temp and water pressure was good. The hotel and room were clean. Mini fridge worked well. The breakfast was good the next morning. My only complaint was there was no thermostat in the room and no way to control the temperature. We like the room cooler when we sleep but weren’t able to cut the air down. That was a first for me, and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. We didn’t get to use any of the other amenities since we were just there for one night so I can’t attest to any of those. I don’t normally leave reviews but this one was getting so beat up in reviews and only 2 stars, I felt like I should share our experience.

I did not stay overnight here. I checked in for two connecting rooms. Was told they could not connect the rooms due to lack of availability. I was ok with that. We walked to our rooms which were about 3 doors away from each other. We went to the first room to drop off luggage and turned on the lights to see roaches crawling on the white bed spread. We freaked out and went to the second room with our luggage thinking it was a one off thing. We saw roaches crawling on the desk area and near the pillow. I went to the front desk and asked if we could have another room or a refund and she said she wasnt the owner and she cant help. We immediantly requested a refund and she said hotel.com can refund us.

Stay Elsewhere - Roaches and unsafe!!

Waited in line for 45 minutes and never even checked in. Lobby was disgusting, trash everywhere. Loud party in the restaurant, smelled like pot, felt very unsafe. When the person in line behind me showed us pictures of the roaches in their room we decided to go to a different hotel. Wasted $145 on the non refundable room but would not have felt safe overnight.

The lady at the front desk was a little friendly. They did actually have an indoor pool. Reality did not match the photos. I think there are people that live on the 1st floor where the semi trucks park at night. Looked like a business that people were in and out all day. Some were in and out in seconds. Others were there for up to an hour. Police were around patrolling at night. I will not be back nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone but I wish them all the best.

After driving 6 hours on the interstate, what a relief to find such a clean, comfortable room! The sheets were amazing. That alone could have sold me, but the room was very clean, the bed slept like a dream and the room decor was chic and beautiful. The towels were also thick and absorbent. The breakfast is hot feels like a restaurant breakfast, the attendee was so extremely nice! I wish I had gotten her name. She had shorter brown hair. So friendly to all the guests! Overall, a wonderful stay on our way home from vacation!

I travel for work and vacation enough to say I am seasoned. This was the worst hotel I have ever been at. Pool closed at 10:00. My room was outside the pool and my first phone call was at 10:20 to get them to shut the pool down. 10:40 second call, 10:50 I asked if they needed me to get the cops for them. 11:20 door knocking had me call them the final time requesting them to have whoever is knocking to stop. It was quiet by midnight. So glad I had to get up at 5am! The hotel staff was unable to manage the situation. The rooms bathroom had dirty corners and the tub would not drain. The hot tub was also only 90 degrees.

This place is a dump. Checked in went to our room. Floor had not been mopped, urine all over toilet and tools in bathroom. Went to the desk and reported it. Changed rooms to said "upgraded room". Second room was no different, no upgrade. Bed was broken, loud noises all night and breakfast was terrible. You get what you pay for so save your money and don't stay here.

We will definitely stay there next time we're in Murfreesboro. The rooms were clean, the service was absolutely ideal. A young man was very helpful and sweet. Very nice hotel… clean and attractive throughout. Enjoyed the hot tub and king bed in the large room at a reasonable rate. The pool was very nice and well maintained. Check in and out was a breeze, very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was tasty with many options including fresh waffles and other hot and healthy options. I had a very nice experience!

The blinds in my room would not close. The tracks were only long enough for the open positions. The only way I could have privacy was to use a hair clip to close them as much as possible. This let light in at night making it hard to sleep.

It’s a club connected to property there was no parking for hotel guest not for families with young children. Room smelled like smoke.

Was ok. Wasn’t able to sleep due to ppl in parking lot all night being loud. And road noice from intestate. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Beds fell off the frame
