Clean but worn out

Hotel was probably top notch 30 or40 years ago. Needs some updating especially tub area some new lighting in aisles. Not bad for the money.

When I arrived to check in the room was already paid for through hotels.com. I was also charged a $50 deposit for the room which wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t low on money. She informed me that my deposit would not be back into my account for 6-10 days. This makes no sense to me. Get settled in and go to watch tv and could not get even one channel. Realizing there was no WiFi, called the front desks to inform them of the situation. Was told there was a glitch and she would reboot it but it never came on so entire stay I had no WiFi access and no television. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I woke up to get ready for work I discovered 2 bed bugs in the bed I was sleeping in. I do not believe I will ever stay with Clarion again. Not pleasant at all.

My family’s stay at this hotel was absolutely AMAZING! We stayed in one of the suites and it was very cozy. The beds were so comfortable, we almost did not want to get up the next morning. The staff was very professional and courteous. Everything was so clean from the lobby to the rooms. I am very picky when it comes to bathroom cleanliness, but in this case, I was impressed on all levels. If you are looking for a wonderful experience, stay here! I’m glad we did!😊

Hand on my heart, I cannot thank Manager and his team enough for making my stay such a wonderful experience! Manager was a rockstar from day 1 and helped me with a last second booking via phone (even helped me with an early check in without hesitation)! From the moment I walked in though, vini at the front desk was so so welcoming, informative and truly kind to me each and every day i was there :))), lovely impression! Finally, jeni (whom I had never met before my final morning during checkout), was so polite and considerate, helping me with a late checkout and gave me the the nicest smile asking if there was anything more she could do to help :) Wonderful stay here, highly recommend and for those interested, breakfast here is fantastic! With such a variety. whether you're traveling alone or bringing the kids/family for a vacation do not miss out on this spot with phenomenal staff! 5/5 Thank you!

Horrible Service

They forced me to pay full price for a more expensive room because I needed to check in after midnight. They didn’t return my deposit because they said I smoked in the room. I am not a smoker. After all of this when I went to use my reservation from Hotels.com I was informed that they would not be able to rent me the room after all because of the smoking charge. This was after a person at the front desk assured me that my reservation was still valid. So the Clarion kept the money and left me stranded to sleep in my car with the temperature dipping below freezing,

We arrived 2 hrs 15 min prior to check in. Check in was 3pm. The hotel charged $20 plus tax extra for checking in early. I get it but the hotel was not busy. I'm a little disappointed for having to pay extra for the 2 hours, considering we checked out 2 and 1/2 hours early this morning. The hot tub water had a brown tint so we didn’t take a chance. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing hot tub though. We did not use the hot tub unfortunately. The restaurant/bar on sight was closed and opens on Tuesday. Considering we paid $61 plus tax for the whole night was not a bad deal but checking in early charge was disappointing. There are a lot of hotels in the same area with same prices. Just don't ck in 2 hrs early if u plan to stay there.

Needed a quick overnight stay and found this hotel near I24. Arrived and was greeted by the on duty clerk who was very professional and courteous there were several men in the lobby and walked around the property who appear to be on a soccer team and I thought I would be awake all night listening to the noise but once in the room I slept throughout the night. There wasn't any loud noise by the other guests, just as the clerk stated. POOL AND HOTTUB is great too with great hotel atrium view.

Filthy and rude

Nowhere in this building has been vacuumed. The jets in the jacuzzi tub do not work. The TV does not work. There are no sheets, blankets or pillows for the futon couches. When we asked the front desk for these items we were skolded and told we were wrong and everything is already on the beds when they are open. That is not true as we opened both beds and searched the room. Their are dirty panties and a poop stain under a couch cushion. The indoor pool is ice cold, and the hot tub is like warm and the water is extremely dirty. Almost brown in appearance.

My wife and I came to town for a little early birthday celebration. We drove down overnight and had been advised that we could check in early if the room was available. When we arrived, we found our room was not available (jacuzzi room, only 2 in the hotel, highly recommend them though). the manager on duty, let us know that we could setup our work gear and work anywhere in the lobby and could also have breakfast. She checked in with us at least once an hour and was extremely friendly and accommodating, as was the case for her and the entire staff at the hotel, including the room attendants. The entire hotel is clean and very well kept. The desk staff is professional and very friendly. The property is clean and pool was great too. We will be back

Woke up to being watched through a windows and filmed with a phone. My concerns were dismissed. Broken toile; old bed; rude staff. Never coming back here
