Clean, but needs maintenance

The room was clean and decently comfortable, but the concrete exterior is becoming run down and needs maintenence in several places. The toilet in our room didn't flush and when my husband looked inside the tank, the flapper was completely stuck to the side, something he said didn't happen unless it had not been flushed in a very very long time. Maybe we were just placed in a room that hasn't been rented in a while, Not really sure, but we chose to not try out the breakfast either, thinking it might be mediocre as well.

Property was very run down and smelly in hallways and common areas. Lobhy was ok. Room was better but still needed some fixing up. I definitely won't be staying here again.

The staff was extremely friendly, room was exceptionally clean, they accomodated my service dog, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I had an amazingly restful and peaceful night sleep. I would recommend to any traveler who is traveling in the area to stay here. Restaurant had delicious hot breakfast .Room was spacious and comfortable. Again super clean.thank you.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff. Made you feel so Welcomed form the time we checked in and the time we check out. Would definitely stay here again next time. The hottub and pool is great. Bar is nice. Rooms are clean and nice view of atrium. Also wifi works great.Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is much better than the reviews i have read online. It was clean and comfy bed with good amenities like indoor hout tub for 6 people can fit in. Heated pool was warm enough and enjoyable. I will definitely come back. It was an excellent stay for my wife.

Checkin was not great. Room was gross. I slept with my a weapon in my hand and woke several times worried someone was going to bust through the door. Several occupied rooms had door cracked open and no lights on? Nightclub on premise must have something to do with clientle. Terrible nasty place

This place is horrible. First I booked for 2 rooms they said only one. My daughters ended up having to book another room. They had to switch rooms 3 times because first one had a cockroach in the bed second one smelled of smoke so bad it triggered my daughters asthma up and the other room still had bath water in the tub. The hot tub was cool and not functioning well. We went into breakfast and the man was rude in there. Just a horrible experience. I should get a refund after all that. Infuriates me
