The room they put us in was filthy. The mattress smelled like urine. There was a hole in the wall directly in front of the toilet, which was creepy. They said it was the room they use for pet owners and that was why it was so unclean. We requested a new room and they obliged. There is no way we will ever stay at a Clarion property again. Doors were not secure on the property; anyone could enter the facility without a key card. The entire property was run down and gross.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! They accommodated all our needs. Privided freah towels each morning & would've changed our beds daily but we declined. Location is ideal. You're absolutely right in the middle of the hustle and bustle while staying in a peaceful, serene hotel. I would recommend this place 10/10 times!! Thanks again for the fantastic stay!! First we were not told the pool and Jacuzzi were booked for private and we were not allowed access then there was poop on the towels clearly the towels had not been changed/cleaned at breakfast asked for assistance and was told I don't know what to tell you when asked about something not working after placing money inside first time every renting a hotel room and I believe it will be a very long time before I do again

There were people coming and going until about 3 am. I was beginning to think they were renting rooms by the hour. My dog kept barking at all the noise and I did not get any sleep. Would never stay there again!!
