Ashley was super helpful and upbeat when we checked in. The tickets for complimentary drinks was nice and the fact that the pool was still open was a huge plus. We especially liked the breakfast. The hotel is dated, but clean. We booked this hotel at the last minute because of a date change in our plans. We had to switch hotels the 2nd day because of a reservation that was previously made, and we were upset that we hadn't chosen Club-Hotel for the entirety of our trip.

The only complaint I have is that when the doors are shut to the room they arent actually shut. I was able to open my hotel room door without using the keycard by just pushing on the door hard enough. This made me very nervous throughout the stay.

The hotel was ok for the price. The room was clean and the front desk representative was very nice. They offer a very affordable round trip shuttle service to downtown Nashville which was a very nice alternative to fluctuating uber/lyft prices. Breakfast was ok, they had several options to choose from and the dining area was mostly clean. I would consider staying there again for a 1 to 2 night stay.

What a great place to stay! The staff was beyond kind. We ended up booking about 2 hours before we got there, our room was ready to go. The complementary drink tickets when we checked in was a huge plus! There was a bus for a small price that drops you off right in the Broadway area. The room was great, the outside area with the pool seemed clean and very nice. the breakfast buffet which was complementary, had many options and tasted great! if I’m ever back in the area I will for sure stay at this hotel!

Great for a nice place to sleep

Pleasantly surprised after reading the negative reviews. This hotel feels aged and redecorated but not fully restored. Accommodations were nice. The pool area looked beautiful but it was too cold to check it out. Breakfast area was not gross. Food was lower quality but selection was more than expected.
