I liked the location to downtown Nashville and Broadway. However, very disappointed that we had to pay parking and pet fees that added an additional $109.00 and they were unable to provide a copy of my room invoice because they stated we booked 3rd Party. The room was stuffy and it could use a good cleaning. New towels should be purchased. I just think all in all Customer Service could definetely be improved.

Worst hotel we stayed at so far!
Rooms entry is outside entrance. The place was packed on a Tuesday night with no parking at all even though we paid for parking there was no spot for us. The property was very trashy looking and trash all over the place. There were also homeless people walking around in the parking lot asking for money. Now to the room… this was HORRIBLE. The place should be shut down. I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and it would have been nicer. The entry door did not close all the way and looked like our door and several doors got into a couple fights. We did not feel safe at all. The carpet was holding my some yellow thick glue. The room was filled with bugs and tons of gnats and flies. The room didn’t look clean as we saw finger prints everywhere like a little kid touched everything with peanut butter. Ew??? One Queen bed had a ton of short hair in it and the other Queen bed looked clean but that’s where the bugs were. The bathroom looked clean but the upkeep is very concerning not to mention the hair that was still in the shower drain… and tons of it! This was a place to lay our head for the night and it was NOT worth the money we spent. $172 after taxes. The location is great as the venues we go to were across the street. We will never stay at this location again nor will ever recommend it. Major health code violations and some real TLC needs to be done to this place or burnt to the ground. Either way!

Great hotel near some of the cities main attractions. The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again.

Lower standards than a motel
Oddly enough this hotel was less impressive than the cheap old hotel we stayed in the night before. It was loud, the room had broken outlets, the bathroom door was chewed up from a dog’s stay previously, the room had too much furniture in it to move around properly and it wasn’t all that clean. I was expecting a bit more from a chain right in the middle of everything but we would have been better off sleeping in our car someplace because of how paper thin the walls were. Everything from outside and in other rooms can be heard but it sounded amplified. Honestly we just needed a place to lay down for a few hours because we have a loved one in the hospital so we ran with it… but probably wouldn’t book again for any other reason than the fresh inlet guy at breakfast- I feel like he could cure a hangover with his masterpieces if we were there to party. We had multiple family members at this hotel that night and we all agreed we would have rather stayed at the original hotel we were in, they checked out that day and booked two more nights at the other hotel that at first glance looks like a bad idea- but it was absolutely heaven compared to this one.
