Property is ok. Convenient to Nashville. There was a whole day of jack hammering going on the day we arrived which the staff didn't acknowledge or even mention. This doesn't surprise me however as the staff here are amongst the rudest and disinterested I have ever come across. I thought it may have just been me however I witnessed them treat every customer I saw the same way during our stay. Pretty miserable bunch of people

The rooms had a very strong smell of air freshener. So strong that we asked to move rooms. There was no other available room so they did come to the room, while we were out and use some air filtration machine. It helped.

Mattress wss awful, needs to be replaced. Nozzle on bathroom sink wouldn't just go to hot or cold. It had to be moved around alot to get it to the correct temp. Bathroom sink water would not drain.Shower water pressue awful.

Horrible experience.

I was told when I checked in that they were undergoing "minor renovations" that would end at 5pm each day. What they didn't tell me was "minor renovations" meant a jackhammer breaking up tile by the pool literally right outside my door. This started at 8 AM and lasted all day. Very noisy. Very inconvenient. I walked out and got hit by little pieces of tile from the guy working. Just ridiculous. There was a basketball tournament going on in town so they jacked the prices up and it wasn't worth what I paid at all. The room condition was fine except the bathtub faucet was about to come out of the wall. Everything was clean enough. Staff wasn't overly friendly, but it's fine. It's a decent hotel in a decent location but my experience was horrible and I won't be staying here if I'm ever in the area again.

The property is older, which really isn’t a problem, but the room smelled like dog pee. There wasn’t any hot water in the shower, just luke warm. Also, there were tiny little spiders everywhere. They were also remolding outside and it was loud.

This property should be closed for the time being. At 8 AM each morning there was drilling going on outside my room, each morning the shower was ice cold water, 2 of the 3 treadmills in the gym didn’t work, one of the weights in the gym almost broke in my hand, need I keep going?

The check in and loction was great. The hotel room was contaminated with roaches and outside rooms in walkways there was carpet and furniture stacked outside which im sure was another reason foe the bugs. We went to the store and purchased spray to help fight the infestation. We complained to front desk the next morning, who offered us another room. The plan was to change after our prepaid excursion but when we returned at 7pm the room was rented out, so staying where we were was the only option. They were doing repair work to the patio area outside our room area that was excessive noise early doing the mornings until 5 or 6pm. There was no compensation or apologies. The location is ideal but i wont stay again because of roaches.
