Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and orderly; however, the room smelled heavily of mildew. It was bad enough that I had very real concern about breathing it in. It did dissipate a little once the air conditioner kicked in.

The thing I had a problem with is we were there 5 night our room wasn’t cleaned once I had go ask for toilet tissue and face towels the garbage in our room wasn’t even taken away

Okay For A Night

Not a bad place for a night (maybe 2 if you’re not going to be in room much). Close to Opry Mills. Close to Highway, so traffic noise is pretty bad. The bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I’m an average size man and it was hard for me to maneuver around to close the door.

Nice front desk (Sarah, a super nice mgr!), our room is very comfortable, one of 2 tvs in room not working properly & techs couldn't fix it (grrrr). Clean, nicely appointed bathroom. Nice breakfast. Pool water cold, need to up temperature. Wish they had a hot tub!

The hotel is in a convenient location with a quick shuttle service to downtown. Restaurants are a short walk away. The staff was very nice. Our room refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived but when notified of the problem at the front desk, it was replaced within minutes. The bathrooms are very small and separate from a small sink in the main room. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Place is fine. Not by anything so make sure you know its on the other side of town. Stayed here a couple times. Room as just ok. Bed not really comfortable. Pillows were not comfortable.
