For me everything stood out from the room, staff, and amenities. I stayed a week due to flooring being installed in my home. Coincidentally it was also the week of the ice and snow storm. The staff treated me on a first name basis. They never made me feel like a nuisance no matter what I asked. With the winter storm and large number of guests looking for accommodations due to power outages, I watched them do the best they could with guests they gracefully had to turn away. I will definitely be returning again for future stays.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Only thing keeping the rating from 5 stars was the AC/Heater. Didn’t turn on on Auto. Would set the desired temp, the unit would kick on but didn’t maintain the set temp. Even after switching from Auto to just On. Fluctuations in temp - especially overnight- affected the comfort of the room. Otherwise, it was a really nice place.
