I would not stay here again. The noise level is unbelievable, I could hear the people above me rolling their suitcase across the floor, walking loudly, and the walls are so thin that I heard neighbors yelling at their kids and another room playing music. There is absolutely no sound insulation in this building. Oh and even though it’s no smoking my neighbors like to wake and bake, so I got to enjoy that smell first thing in the morning. On top of that, they charge an $75 pet fee, which is extremely high for a budget hotel of this quality. To make matters worse, when I realized I accidentally booked this location instead of a sister hotel closer to Nashville proper, the staff refused to switch my reservation, even though it would have solved the issue and both hotels are part of the same chain. Because of this, my commute tomorrow is now 40 minutes longer. Between the noise, the lack of flexibility, and the excessive pet fee, this was a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
