Everyone was great, especially the front desk people. Manager was also very helpful. Place is very clean. Breakfast was ok, could be better. It was better than lot of big brand name hotels.

Staff was fantastic. Spotless throughout. Elevator was noisy and was out of order for day. After serving still noisy but it was functioning. Severe water leak which flooded the exercise room and adjoining area, and rendered the exercise equipment inaccessible and useless for the full duration of my stay, left us that full day with NO WATER, shower, toilet. My door passkey failed and had to be reactivated. The staff dealt with each issue with polite professionalism and were helpful throughout the difficulties. I held off submitting my review to allow the owners to offer some level of compensation for our troubles but I it doesn’t seem like it will happen. 3 rooms, thank you. THE STAFF OF THIS HOTEL WAS FANTASTIC!

The hotel looked new. Everything was clean & up to date. Desk attendants were friendly & efficient. The area was quiet, but restaurants were mostly accessible only with a vehicle. One thing that concerns me is that many hotels do not have any slip protection in the tub, & that was an issue here. As a senior, I'm always mindful of the danger of a fall, especially in the tub. Otherwise, a very nice hotel!

Best stay ever!

Ive stayed in a few hotels in the last couple weeks, this Comfort inn takes the cake!! Best most comfortable stay, Room was a great size. Bed was awesome. This Hotel was spotless from the moment we walked in ! Room was so clean, Hvac made a lil bit of noise but not an issue. Breakfast was typical but tasty. We will stay here everytime we are in Gallatin area

Excellent stay!

I had an extended stay here to help out with a family member undergoing cancer treatment. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfy and mine was quite spacious, and the staff was friendly. I want to particularly shout out to the black girl who was at the front desk some evenings. She was so friendly! The only negative was that the breakfast could have been better, but it is standard for this class of hotel. I would have gone next door to its sister hotel, but the weather was not the best while I was there. It was my second time staying at this hotel and I'm sure we will be back.

This hotel is fairly new and used to be nice but seems to be falling apart. I hope they fix it up, the price and location is good but I'll stay next door next time. Shower water mostly went through the tub spout rather than up to the shower, hand towel rack was off the wall. Would not take much to fix these items.

The experience with Hotels.com was excellent and the people at the Comfort Inn were wonderful (hotel was very nice overall). The issues was with a guest/group of guests in the hotel room right above us that were having a party (or something) and they were extremely loud all night. By 1am we had stared calling the front desk with the inability to sleep. By 3:00am the police were finally called and we were finally able to go to sleep around 3:30am. It was awful. We had to be up by 6:30am, hard to get rest with that kind of nonstop, very loud noise.
