It was good for the one night we were there but the room could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the shower and some trash under the bench seat in the room, so it doesn’t seem like the cleaners were very thorough. Clean linens though. Breakfast was just ok.

Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend this hotel. I purchased it for my 80yo parents so they could have a comfortable experience down the road from family to avoid stairs. During their stay they were plagued with a room with no shower curtain and when asked we were told to come and get it and put it up ouserves! They had no access to the rear door for 3 days and a cockroach in their bed! They were given a new room but no one would help them move their bags in the middle of the night. The topper was losing power on our last day ...they got stuck in the elevator and had no way to bring their bags down 5 flights...all in all, service was poor, not clean and i will never have them atay again

The room was very nice, but could not work. The remote on the TV very upsetting could not work the blinds to open the clothes cause I didn’t understand the remote. It would be better if they went back to the old-fashioned blinds it’s very simple to open and close did not like the remote at all I wish they would get rid of it and go back to normal.

Area was well lit. Staff was great, and quick and thorough on getting me what I needed to know and checked in. The only issue I had was the parking spaces were very small, and the place was packed, so it was hard to get in and out of any free spaces, but the stay/room was great!

We booked a 2-room suite, we’re put in a single room with a couch - as remote help desk on & off the phone 8hrs/ day this was difficult but we muddled through it. The site said they have a business center- when we arrived and I asked about it, since they put us in ONE room, Allison told us is just there. Some guest locked them out and the manager has made no effort to resolve this for other guests. I requested a call from management each day, not a word. I called before our reservation to co firm as they failed to reply to my message sent thru Expedia. Allison confirmed they got the message I was bringing a dog and were expecting us. I asked if all fees were paid and she confirmed. When we arrived to check in it was Allison at the desk. She then asked me if ‘they’ told me about the pet fee. We were going to have to pay $50/ night of our FOUR night stay. I again asked for the manager, no call back. Evidently management only works regular hours and can’t be bothered to answer messages. The third night of our stay we went to dinner but were interrupted with a call saying our dog was howling and some VIP guests were complaining, that we should never have been put on that floor with a pet in the first place. We raced back only to find Mikayla had moved the complaining guests to another room. She was by far the most courteous and professional desk agent we encountered. She listened to the issues we’ve had (including hair in our sink, refrigerator and shower) & sai
