The handle the handle on the shower was broken. The carpet was dirty. The hallway smelled drug deals happening in the parking lot right before us.

Lots of noise from planes. Front desk very inattentive. Seemed to be on their own phones whenever we approached them and we were virtually ignored. We were there 5 days and our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 of them. Not vacuumed at all. Hotel is a distance from downtown but close to the Opry. Uber costs between $13-30 depending on the time. Breakfast was the best part of this hotel. The ladies manning this area were very friendly and helpful. A request, through Expedia, was never acknowledged. Very disappointing experience

This was a quick stay before we went to another hotel the next day for a wedding and it didn’t disappoint. Not a bad price and everything was quite clean. There were some party goers in and out of there but we were by the elevator and it didn’t bother us. It is Nashville after all! Highly suggest to not break the bank
