The property has booked me in a room where they have a huge and extremely BRIGHT LIGHT positioned directly into my room window.. Tgeres absolutely no way around it and curtains do not help one bit!! It is in sane that the property would have the light positioned in such a manner is awful! How would they expect someone to get any sleep at all???? After speaking with the front desk clerk, she knew exactly what I was taking about and said that they get frequent complaints about the light. The agent she would move me but they are booked, and she couldn’t discount anything because I booked through Expedia. So I called Expedia and had a very difficult time get any assistance, with calls being hung up and 40- 69 minute wait times for the agent to return to the phone. The first agent emailed me back saying the call dropped but never called back. The second agent had me on hold initially 30 minutes the first time she put put me on hold, and I am currently on hold again by her as I write this message.. I have no idea how this with outcome will look like but I’m currently on my second hold 10pm at night in my car waiting for the Expedia representative to return again. At the moment I’ve been on hold with her a total of 46 minutes. This is a horrible experience and a huge safety risk for me!

This is a horrible hotel. Go down the street to one cheaper and nicer. Every plug in our room was upside down. Some didnt even work. The bathroom was not done right and felt so gross. The staff would take our dirty towels and not replace them with clean ones. The front desk girl was rude and had nothing nice to say. Whoever they hired to "remodel" did a horrible job. The tub isnt caulked. The tile on the wall wasnt done right. Our sink was disgusting and not clean. They wouldnt replace the sheets with the right size. There is so much smoke in that hotel that they have an air cleaner in every hall way. The breakfast is not good.

I loved the free breakfast. I’m so glad they offered to go options. The rooms were also bigger than I had anticipated. Sadly, the pool wasn’t open just yet but I’m sure it would have been great.

I wanted to love this property but the disappointment that that awaited me after my key to my room finally worked was waiting for me. Upon entering, the room reeked like marajuana, The A/C in the main area was broke never got below 75, the vents were filthy, the lights working in the room were hit or miss, the light switches clearly hadn’t been dusted in a VERY long time. The breakfast bar was awful. All food sitting in the warmer were dried out and hard. YOu can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig. This is how it felt staying. If my room was half put together as the lobby was, i would have been satisfied. I am disappointed in my stay as i’ve stayed at many country inns and suites. I wish I didn’t waste my money to stay at this location but here I am. I hope this review will give someone else insight on what to expect. Do better please.
